Our first time in NYC and it was the perfect stay easy in access to the subway and remote areas. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if they had a fridge and microwave pretty essential when traveling with kids.

This hotel is nice in the inside when you walk in,but like other hotels I expected to have a microwave and fridge in my room but no their were none so my baby had no fridge to put her milk in so I had to keep going downstairs to the store to get her fresh milk and someone kept trying to open my door every night this had my daughter scared but besides that it’s very nice.

I want to rate this hotel higher but was really put off by the front desk staff. When we checked in, we were told there was a mandatory NYC fee of $35 a night for hotels. Then we were told that the hotel “credits” the room with $35 a day (use it or lose it) which sounded off. We looked it up and turned out it was not a mandatory fee, just a way for the hotel to charge guests and force them to use the restaurant. We witnessed the front desk staff be rude to another guest family when we were checking out. Apparently the charges seemed off to them and the hotel staff told them they were wrong without explanation which is understandably frustrating. The location was great, and the hotel nice, but we won’t stay here again just given the business practice of this hotel.

5 and below easy access which my kids loves it! The restaurant in the hotel and the $35 a day credit we got that we can use it to food or drinks. Thank you!

The room are small and the bathroom could have been spotless but it wasn’t , we rent double bed room, we taught that it was small for a family of 4.

I gave it an overall 4 because it was not microwave in the room. I had a special needs child that i need to warm his food. Since i didnt have a microwave i had to constantly buy food

Its always clean, the staff is professional and the guys at the door are awesome! The girl in the gift shop was very rude and treated myvfamily likecwe were bothering her while she played on her phone. But other than that, it was a great experience

Great location! From the 19th floor you can still hear some traffic noise..sirens, but you get used to it after a while. The breakfast was ridiculous, $80 for 2 continental aka make your own waffles, but with the resort fee credit it was a wash. The room was very comfortable for this family of 3.
