Hotel Riu Plaza New York Times Square

Accommodated our family of five nicely. Check in online was a disaster but once we got there it was a very clean enjoyable place and the breakfast was wonderful!

Stayed for 1 night with a family of 5 people. Room was clean, hotel staff was very welcoming, the breakfast buffet was excellent !

Friendly staff, everywhere was spotless. Excellent choice for breakfast, comfy beds clean rooms. Extremely walkable and close to everything, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this lovely hotel. Perfect for families as well.

Last minute booking and has to wait an hour for hotel to receive the booking even though I had the digital copy. Room had a bad odor. Reserved 2 rooms for family and 1 family member was not on the list and refused breakfast without paying. Not a good experience for being tired while traveling. Also no valet, walk 4 blocks to a parking garage

This was an enjoyable stay for my family of four! It was great having a good view of the city from our room, and it was very practical to have a breakfast buffet. The way the breakfast area was organized was wonderful.

The staff is incredible nice. Bell desk was efficient and helpful. Breakfast is great. Elevators were fast but didn’t work great when having to put your key in to select your floor. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay for me and my family.

Room was way too small for 5 people. It was wall to wall beds (not kidding) and no room to move around at all.

This hotel is located on restaurant way. It is very convenient to all the best restaurants. Check in was a breeze. David assisted us with our luggage’s and garment bags from the time we pulled in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet though is crowded is very organized. The room is very tiny. The bathroom has silhouette glass not ideal for family with grown up kids unless you have extra money to book them in a separate room. The lobby is inviting and smells good. I scored it really low because of the bad experience checking out I requested for a help checking because we have a lot of luggages, but no one came in our room. My wife and son struggled while I walked 6 blocks to get our car. Plus there is no space to park in front of the hotel to load our things compared to when we checked in. I also feel bad with the cleaning staff. I only saw one cleaning staff working the 8th floor. When we got back in our room at 1 pm, she was still 5 rooms away from our room cleaning I just requested for new set of towels and tipped her. She was. Very grateful

Cool hotel that my family and I stayed at for a few nights. Good and drinks were great and hotel staff members were professional and courteous.
