AC Hotel by Marriott New York Times Square

Stayed for four nights on just a casual family trip. The hotel is amazing in every way. The front desk staff is top notch, and I loved the security measures. It is in a great location with all the top attractions nearby and great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in New York!

My family of eight had the pleasure to stay at AC Time Square. From day one the staff was dedicated to making our experience and vacation a stellar one. The staff was attentive, brought every accommodation for our 12-month old twins. The facility has a beautiful rooftop & dining choice on the first floor. Definitely worth coming.

Beautiful hotel located in Time Square. My family was greeted upon arrival by the friendliest staff. Rooms were beautiful, clean and everything we needed. The roof top bar was a perfect touch. Easy walking distance to time square and all the attractions. Will definitely be staying again in the future

The hotel staff were polite and prompt in getting us checked in. They gave us exact directions to where we could find parking. It's a very family friendly hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting NYC

Property was ok. Rooms were clean. Parking was a pain! I booked 3 rooms for families in advance but when checked in was put in 3 separate floors so that was inconvenient. Also booked 3 rooms with king bed however got one room with 2 tween beds? I didn’t know until next day! Was charged $24 for 4 bottles of water so that was a ripped off! Just a dollar outside the hotel. Not staying here again.

Front desk people are rude ! They took my money even when they knew we had our babies with us. They canceled our stay and said they were going to call security to take us out of the hotel. Rude rude rude people !

Racism and verbal racism were the worst hotels. My children said they learned racism here that they learned at school. Discrimination exists here and disrespect and contempt are also common. Asians should no longer be discriminated against here The noise of the elevator, the refrigeration and the noise of the terrible sound of iron, was so terrible. The noises were heard in the room 24 hours a day My family stayed for six nights. The hotel front staff pretended to offer us special services while assigning us the lowest second floor room. White people staying here for one or two nights were assigned a much higher and better room. This was discovered in conversations with other guests. The room we stayed in on the second floor was a problematic room with terrible noises, very dirty dust without even closing the bathroom door I have informed the front desk staff several times about the terrible noise, but they have done nothing. The hotel staff said that no noise existed. We had to spend six nights here like a terrible prison. This room on the second floor probably won't let anyone stay for a single day, even if it's free It was not cleaned the day after our stay. I told the front desk about this, and the front desk staff cleans every two days. And supervisor Alyssa Ramos said to me and my child " This hotel only replaces bed sheets once for long-term guests. And I said, "My family has been to many hotels in many countries around the world to replace towels." It was the firs

This is our favorite place to stay as a family when visiting NYC. It's walking distance to the Broadway shoes and Times Square and close to the subway for destinations a bit further out of reach. The rooms are comfortable and the service is always great. We look forward to returning.

The clerk seemed reluctant to let us in at 5am. My husband and come to New York to visit family on occasions and time passes fast when you are having fun. Besides my room was reserved to have double beds and we only had one bed in a small room by the noisy elevators…..

Location was just right for us (we had 3 rooms), however there was no housekeeping service even when requested. Luckily, there was a clean room for the kids to move into.
