Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square

First time visiting NYC with my family of five and had an incredible time. Kelly at the front desk went out of her way multiple times to help us out and Jorge greeting us at breakfast always put a smile on my face!! Will definitely be back!!

Homewood Suite ms is in a good location for Manhattan and the surrounding sights. There are a few people hanging around the area who have fallen on hard times but we never felt threatened or scared by anyone. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent (saved us some money instead of going out each day). The room was spacious for a family of four and the kitchen and fridge a great idea when travelling with kids. Jorge was very friendly at breakfast as were all of the staff. The only small gripe I had is that the rooms aren’t really soundproof. We were right outside the elevators and could hear every time someone used them. It wasn’t too bad, it didn’t disturb our sleep too much and it was our only small negative. Overall a great place to stay to explore New York.

My only complaint about the room itself was our bathtub drain was broken, and limited us to showers only. While the room did a good job of blocking out the outside city noise, our neighboring room had a kid that screamed till well past midnight. The room was spacious for NYC, had a ceiling fan, and was centrally located.

We enjoyed our stay at this location because it was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do, and the rooms were so spacious and nice! We traveled with three kids and have a suite of that size made our stay so much more comfortable than some of the tiny rooms we saw at other places online. Also, the breakfast was excellent, the staff, especially Kelley and Shanay, were very kind and helpful.

I loved that the rooms had a kitchen but the room itself is so small. 2 adults and 1 children and it was a tight squeeze once the sofa bed was opened- the sofa was not a full size sofa. Staff was nice Easy check in and out Free was included and they had a nice selection

The staff at reception was ok, but the staff/ cleaning crew around the main floor and the breakfast staff was STELLAR. Friendly, helpful and always down for a good laugh. The room was so-so. Loud fridge and annoying ac dripping the whole night but the products in the bathroom and kitchenette was a game changer. We were on the second floor and it was very loud at night, but we passed out around 8pm with our toddler, so it was our own fault going to bed that early. Wed nights they have an appreciation eve for the guests which was wonderful. Overall the experience was good. Special thanks to Shanay from the Honours program. She is a kind and wonderful person. Such a gift.

Rooms are to small for a family of 5

We were a family of 5, Location was great, easy access to subway, staff allowed us to hold our luggage before and after check in time. we would stay again.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional staff who made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family. Justyn, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure our family and baby were comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness and willingness to assist us at every turn were truly remarkable. He is a valuable asset to the hotel. Felix, another standout team member, was consistently professional and attentive. His dedication to ensuring our needs were met was evident in every interaction. Mr. Pedro deserves special mention for his sweetness, cooperation, and hard work. His warm demeanor made our mornings even brighter, and we were genuinely grateful for his efforts. Jose and Donovan also contributed to our wonderful experience with their attentiveness and willingness to assist. Donovan, in particular, stood out with his 24/7 availability and exceptional attitude at the front desk. Chuma, the security guard, deserves a round of applause for his dedication to guest safety. It's clear that he takes his role seriously and is willing to go to great lengths to defend the guests. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff's commitment to excellence elevates it to another level. We were so comfortable that we didn't want our vacation to end. The location is perfect, and the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel are top-notch. We can't wait to return!!!!

Great hotel that is near most places in the city. Everything is just a walk away which is wonderful. The kitchenette was great, especially being there with a young child. They provide china and cutlery. Place is child friendly and they have hot beverages available 24/7 which is a lovely touch. Breakfast is available for free and comes in handy. I will stay there again. Only negatives- there isn't really a bell boy available, so we had to carry all our luggage up with the cart without any help or anyone offering to help for bith check in and check out. Housekeeping is not daily, but our housekeeper was great. The elevators can be a bit slow. Otherwise, overall a great place for a family or solo vacay.
