Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan, an IHG Hotel

We had a family trip, we had a great experience, the rooms are good size, clean and the location close to everything .Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Very recommend and definitely will come back.

We stayed here for the first time and I would come here again. The rooms were modern and large for NYC. We booked the rooms including breakfast and here you get a real breakfast and not a continental breakfast. You order breakfast a la carte and it was served next door in the restaurant. Front desk employees are great. Wanted to take an Uber back to LGA and was offered their hotel service which ended up being cheaper than Uber (for a family of 5 plus luggage). Overall, very pleasant stay and I would book here again any time.

Excellent place to stay while in NYC. The reception staff were very accomodating, warm and friendly. They gave us tips on how to navigate NYC. The hotel is very clean with updated interiors, fixtures and modern design. Our room was very clean and love the contemporary design. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels. It is not too far from Time Square, Empire State. Plenty of restaurants around it. My family loved this hotel and will definitely stay here the next time we visit NYC again.

I have travel to NY many times and I have visited many hotels and airbnbs, I can tell you that no where else they treat me and my family better than at Crownplaza HY36. The customer service people where so welcoming that we felt at home away from home. Special mention to AJ, Elijah and Matt that were awesome. The rooms are slightly bigger than usual NY stays, specially the restroom. They clean your room everyday and they send us extra towels and extra coffe every single day with no charge. In general this was the best hotel experience we have had in NY so far. Thx!

Absolutely tremendous in all respects! The staff from the manager to front desk to bell boy were totally the ‘Best’! We travel a lot and we always base our critics on the first impression upon entering a hotel wherever we stay, Believe me the staff went over and above any expectations we ever expected! Insofar as to leave us a message the next day during our stay to ask if they can do anything more to make our stay the best. Well they sure did that! We felt like we were staying at a family members home or in our home as the amenities, small fridge, keurig machine, ( stacked with coffee, tea, sugars creamers) the toiletries ( make up remover, lavender mist, beautiful natural shampoo, soaps and conditioners were so appreciated. These items were so special to help us feel fresh for our busy days in the beautiful City of New York! We thank the managers, Gurmey and Mali and staff Kenny, Kerry, Jefferson, Eliah and all the other staff who were there for us. The pleasant smiles and helpfulness and professionalism will always be remembered! This is definitely our place to stay when we visit New York! Please stay here you will not regret your stay!!! Very nice staff and location. Rooms are kinda small but it was also 4 of us in a room (2 were kids). But it is also NYC so not surprised how small it was. Bathroom is spacious and updated. Wish TV offered streaming Netflix and HULU but not a big deal because we were all tired from being out and about during our trip. Overall, modern updated hotel and clean and super friendly staff! Thanks for everything!!
