Great clean and perfect for our 3 night stay with an infant and 2 adults

what would have been nice is to have somewhere that I could spend time with my family staying in another room. Although I didn't have any issues with the size of my room, it wasn't big enough to spend time in the hotel with my family.

We will definitely stay again! I can’t say enough about how welcoming the staff was during our entire stay. Edward was absolutely amazing, Tanika and Crystal were so sweet…all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The lobby is small but so clean and refreshing especially after a hot day walking the city. Subway stations are very close, Times Square is a 15 min walk…the location is great. Rooms are small…it is New York City, but our family of 5 made it work. Yes cans are collected in front of the building but no one bothers anyone. Yes the sprinklers turn on often but it’s quite genius because it keeps the homeless from sleeping on the benches. It’s a perfect place to stay while visiting the city!

Very clean! Extremely pleased with housekeeping. Friendly staff day or night. Would recommend to family & friends. I would absolutely stay here again. Felt safe day or night in area. A couple quick bites really close! Rooftop bar is a plus & complimentary happy hour is a plus !

The hotel was in a perfect location for us - close to major attractions and transportation. The staff was always willing to help and offer suggestions and recommendations. We were always welcomed in when we arrived at the hotel and greeted when we headed out each day. Tanika went above and beyond to help us get quick transportation back to the airport. If we return to NY on another family trip this will be our first choice for a hotel. After a long day touring it was easy and safe to get back to the hotel, with keycards required to access the elevators for extra safety. Even in the middle of the hustle and bustle, our room was quiet and we were easily able to relax.

The rooms are way too small for families even though it is a boutique hotel

All the staff members went above & beyond to welcome us and treat us like family. Free appetizer & drink coupons at the rooftop bar. It was a gorgeous night with live entertainment. I’m definitely coming back here again!

Terrible experience! I would never refer that hotel to any of my family, friends or anyone. Nothing was good or acceptable about that place

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property directly outside of the hotel where there are multiple benches belonging to the hotel is the part where my family did not feel safe. Their are homeless people who are permitted to sit on the hotel property benches and beg for money. There are also persons literally passed out on the benches. The hotel staff allowed this. It smells bad as if people were also urinating and/or deficating in the area as well. When we stayed up a block at The New Yorker they do not allow this making it a much more desirable hotel. The New Yorker provides their own security
