Nice clean hotel! The ac kept up fine, even during late July heat/humidity. The hotel called us transportation to the airport for a flat rate fee ($60 I believe) and it was a nice black car service with plenty of room for my husband and I and our kid in a booster seat. We utilized the snack bar area a few times late at night which was appreciated too!

Service at the hotel was prompt and friendly. I liked having to use a key card to access my floor; provided an added level of security. The room itself was small, but probably standard size for mdtown hotel, especially when sharing it with 3 other family members. Would have been nice to have a hotel with a pool and/or a restaurant

We came to NY for a family wedding and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our stay couldn’t have been better. We arrived early with the hope we would be able to check in to our room early so we could get ready for the wedding. We explained our situation to reception. The woman behind the counter was very nice and was able to expedite the maid service and inspection of our room so that we could check in early. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Extremely happy with this hotel and service.

On March 10, 2024, I booked the hotel located at 326 W 37th St, New York, NY 10018, Hilton Garden Inn NY Times Square, room 706. Initially, my family and I immensely enjoyed our moment here, but right after I checked out and left the hotel. They charged me $54 with the reason “ dog stay in.” HOW FUNNY. I don’t even have a dog!
After all, I tried to contact the front desk and realized how rude they were, impatient, and “racist.” I just wanted to talk with the manager, but they seemed afraid to solve my problem and never showed up, either “in the meeting, busy or already left.” No take any responsibility at all! After a while, the front desk woman told me to contact the “Hilton” and immediately hung up my phone. Where? How can I contact? No even give me a phone number. Anyway, they ruined my trip. I wonder if this hotel has a lousy service like that, how long can they survive?

The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. The immediate area surrounding the hotel however was unsafe, especially at night. We twice walked by drug users (needles) a few hundred yards from the hotel. Not great, especially if you are with kids, as we were.

10/10 would stay here again. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and rest of the hotel we walked through was very clean. You are within walking distance of cute coffee shops, bars, restaurants, the subway, etc. I will recommend my friends and family stay here should they visit the city.

After reading mixed reviews we were unsure of what to expect. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were always greeted warmly by the friendly staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the top floor that had huge windows and views of the city. The room was very quiet except for the occasional siren from NYC streets. The hotel is conveniently located near food and transportation options and is walkable to many attractions. Do not hesitate to book this hotel (even when traveling with kids). We never felt unsafe in the surrounding area and loved the 5 minute walk to Dunkin for our morning coffee! Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality!

Love the proximity to Times Square, shopping and restaurants- there are so many options. A few weird issues I am overlooking - like the stand for suitcases is oddly dirty like a kid with food on their hands rubbed them all over it - I can’t even touch it, it’s gross. I’m not sure the cleaning staff would notice it or think to notice it. And the comforter on the bed had random hair on it - though they seem clean - but like embedded hair - they appear to be washed but it got caught in the fabric. The ceiling has a wet spot. The bathroom is clean and overall it’s really fine.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff in the front desk greeted and took care of me like family. When I first walked in my room I instantly felt a sense of peace that I felt throughout my stay. It was really a great experience and will absolutely come back😉
