Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown

They gave me a tiny jr. Sized room and I hated it. The bed took up the entire room. No microwaves, no dresser, you have to pay for amenities you didn't ask for. When I asked for. The bed was comfy but when sitting on the edge the bed kept tilting. The bathroom is inside of a closet, hard to get around, room was joke I could roll out of bed and right into the bathroom. Eveny guests said this room for a child. This hotel should be ashamed putting someone who is taller than 5'0 and 120 pounds into such a showbox room. The bathroom sink is on a dresser outside the bathroom so if you have to wash your hands, brush your teeth etc you have to squeeze through the bed and closet doors.... All and all it was my bday weekend the pictures they show online are misleading, they leave a stuffed dog on the bed and of corsw you don't get to keep it and they asked $25 for it... Utterly disgusting. No room service. I asked for fresh blankets was told no, asker for towels and was only given two big towels... The hotel is fancy but the only redeemable qualities for me was bed was comfy and the view with retractable curtain was nice. I will not be returning. 2 stars, thanks.

They were not welcoming. I had to use the hotel toilet and it smelled horrible and sewer was coming out of the drain. When we first got to our room, the floors didn’t feel clean. Asked for our room to be service the 4th day and they somehow missed. So we had to wait for them to at least give us fresh towels. The next day they finally serviced it and once again missing a towel for our family of four. They did not empty all the trash cans and mirrors were not wiped clean.
