Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central

Nice welcoming, nice staff, super clean, super comfortable, close to everything. I went with my kids and we feel safe.

Super welcoming always a security guard when we come back at evening Proximity of time square Good water pression and hot temperature in the shower Familly of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) Breakfast included perfect!! Cold Water, Coffee and hot water always available at the lobby.

Easy amenable check in for this family with HC adult son.

Stayed for 2 nights with family of 4. Hotel was great, staff was very helpful (special shout out to Eddie the Bellhop who was extra friendly and helpful). Room was small (as expected) but clean and roomy enough. Parked off site at partner lot for discounted rate. Overall, would highly recommend.

Came for one night with my husband and 7 year old. The room and bathroom are very clean. Walking distance to everything. We wanted to see. Bryant Park, Rockerfella Plaza, M&M store, Lego Store. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming with kids or for your first time in NYC

Location of property is too good, walkable distance to major places and rooms were also clean. Had a huge concern for the elevator, as on day 1 itself one of the elevators was not working for the 5th floor button where we got the room. Staff was giving that room and floor knowing the lift issues and also seeing the young kids that too at 12:30am check in with the late flight. Even though they had three elevators for the 25 around floors in the building, always the faulty one was showing up and we had to get down in 6th or 4th floor each time and take stairs. Had to walk down from 5th floor with the check in bags during the check out, since it was taking around 20minutes to get atleast one elevator to showup as its busy throughout. On the second day starting evening, one of the elevator itself was not working, with only two left one with that faulty one. I felt bad for the situation and more on the staff who assigned that room to us knowing the situation of elevators which he later confessed that the engineers will work on it within a week.

The staff was great the hotel itself was very clean it was on a side street so it was some what quite. The only complaint that I would have it the elevator is way to small for a hotel of that size but that is minor detail compared to the great service they provided for myself and my family. Will definitely be staying there again next time we come to the city

2 min walk to time square and very convenient to any place in Manhattan however it is a very crowded area. The hotel is fine, clean, suitable for family.

7 nights family vacation in NY. The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are in good size compared to many other hotels we stayed at in NY. The staff is very welcoming and happy to help. The complimentary breakfast is good and the kitchen staff are great. The big downside are the elevators. During morning hours it takes an average of 15 minutes to get down to the lobby, and in one time we measured 30!! Minutes. It goes without saying that a spontaneous hop to the lobby for a cup of coffee becomes challenging. On a different note, we overall stayed at this hotel for at list four vacations. I would expect to have some acknowledgment as a returning customer, however, since we booked through hotels.com they offer no benefit that a hilton honors gust would get.
