Four Points by Sheraton Midtown-Times Square

The hotel in general is good. The rooms are small but very comfortable and are cleaned every day. The hotel is very well located, they are close to metro stations and tourist places. The breakfast buffet is not very varied but the food is delicious and the cost is affordable. The street where it is located is not the most pleasant in the sense that it was very dirty, full of garbage on the sidewalks and with marks and the smell of urine. Apart from this small detail, the hotel is highly recommended for a family or couple's stay.

Hotel is in an old building and didnt provide a lot of space. Room was cramped with us and our child. It is also near the bus station which made it a very busy and loud area. That being said the staff was extremely pleasant to deal with, and the cleaning staff did a great job.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. We had a toddler and never felt unsafe in the area day or night. The concierge gave us a day of free breakfast as a gift to our toddler who was entertaining the lobby at check in (definitely didn’t expect this but it was so kind)! Breakfast is not included but worth the price. Rooms are a fine size for NYC.

We spent the weekend and we loved it, it'll be our forever place when we're in NY, good location, friendly atmosphere, quality service, well prepared staff, they received my four legged baby in a very good way.

First family trip to NYC. Loved every minute and our hotel was excellent. From check in to check out staff was soooo friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was top notch. Our room was comfortable and adequate. Furniture was a little dated but we had everything needed. Definitely will return!

Amazing staff! room was nice and clean and modern. We had a great view even though other guest we met said they had a view of another building. One other guest said they could see the empire state building. I really like how everything is so close. Even the subway was less than a block away. We stayed in the upper floors so it was quiet. The surrounding is a bit "iffy" but as long as you're alert and aware of your surrounding you will be fine. Since we were staying for more than 2 days I was concerned about the size of the room so I did upgrade to the larger room and it was great for a family of 3. I however wish the bathroom was situated better but it wasnt a huge deal. If we ever return to NYC I would make sure to see if this hotel has vacancy. I really liked how the staff emailed the night before (not a bot) and wanted to know when we will be arriving and accommodated our early check in.

Very Nice Hotwl, Super Clean and Spacious Room. Very Comfy Bed. Wonderful Staff. Excellent Location close to Times Sauare area. Would love to recommend to family & friends.
