The staff were nice. But we were overcharged 700 dollars and we still haven’t been reimbursed. It takes several days which I get, but that really sucks on vacation. There was also a panel of wall open with wires everywhere and we had small toddlers with us and we had to block off part of the room for safety.

Very close to time square but still quiet. Nice clean rooms. Family of 5 stayed in one room(including baby) a little cramped but still fine, as we just slept and showered there. You can leave your bags after check out if needed so we could explore more before our flight. Parking is $50 a night. Would reccomend!

I had to cancel my trip due to a death in my family and the hotel would accommodate or refund me back my money. My family never got a chance to stay at the hotel.

I took my family to see a broadway play, we stayed at the Hilton garden inn. All night long we heard constant banging in the ceiling, it sounded like pipes knocking together, at around 3am I realized it had to be the elevators making the noise as our room was close to the elevators.my youngest daughter managed to fall asleep so I didn’t want to request a room change and disturb her. How does a hotel like the Hilton let this happen and not correct the problem, it must be a constant complaint, there’s no way we are the only people who experienced this ??

The room was cleam, smelled of bleach. The 2 issues we had were thay llt we couldn't get the room to be warm enough. Then in the morning by 9am, the construction next door woke us up. My husband and I wanted a morning to sleep in with the kids and it was ruined.

Arrived dropped wife and adult kids off to check in while I parked 15 min away.Front desk would not allow my wife to check in, same last name, same address on drivers licence. Received a call from front desk saying security required me to be there to check-in or confirm address. The SAME address.Spoke to rude unpleasant manger who informed me it was Valentines Day so they needed better security! Bar and restaurant staff EXCELLENT!

Our family of four just returned from a five night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and it was an excellent experience. There was a glitch in the booking system prior to our arrival but the staff handled the issue in an exceptionally professional and accommodating manner. Communication was excellent. All of the hotel staff on-site were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Amiere (sp?) for his great service every morning at breakfast. We had two rooms with one Queen bed in each and for a New York Manhattan room, we were impressed with the spaciousness. The rooms are small for sure, but had a good amount of hanging and drawer space, enough so that we were able to unpack our suitcases easily for our stay. The location is extremely convenient to access the subway system, Broadway for shows, shopping and dining. While it is very close to Times Square, the rooms were exceptionally quiet (other than sirens) and we never felt unsafe. We also appreciated there was a security person at the main entrance doors (the hotel lobby is located on the second floor). We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.

Original reservation was for Hilton Garden Inn. They called a week before the trip and moved us to the Marriott Courtyard nearby because they didn’t have our room type (2 queens) available. I appreciated the advance notice. When we show up to the Courtyard, the manager tells us they don’t have any of our room type and we have to take a 1 Queen for the night. For my family. And they don’t have rollaway beds or cots available. The very reason they moved us to the Courtyard and they still screw it up. No refund/adjustment offered even when asked. So we have people sleeping on the floor for the first night of what was supposed to be a special family weekend.

I was with my family in 3 different rooms, comfortable, spacious, clean, with beautiful views. The hotel is centrally located, about 6 minutes from Time Square. It was a wonderful 2 night stay in New York and at the Hotel.
