Hyatt Centric Times Square New York

The friendly and helpful Front Desk & Housekeeping staff made every effort to accommodate our family’s special handicap needs. Their assistance made our stay comfortable, safe and relaxing. We so appreciated their hospitality and support. The Hyatt Centric Times Square was the perfect place to enjoy our Broadway Show weekend.

Successful short family break. Lovely staff, good cafe in the hotel and Bar 54 is a nice place to go. We had a high room and twin queen beds. Really enjoyed our stay.

We went there with my family for vacation and we had 4 rooms there. Rooms were nicely decorated modern and clean. Comfortable bed. Staff very attentive and nice and willing to help. When we checked in Dyann was there and she was super nice and helpful. Convenient to walk every where. Location is good but is time square and very busy and live. We’ll definitely stay there again.

The hotel location is nice. The room is very comfy and big. My only complaint are the elevators. One was not working so we have to wait for quite some time for it and it was always very crowded. I had kids and people wr're trying to push them. The elevator situation was frustrating.

I stay in Hyatt centric with my 10 years old daughter. Amenities were limited but we were in the city all day long and went to hotel only for sleeping. It was very much ideal for our mommy daughter NYC visit. Location was very convenient. It was very much family oriented and safe. Staff were friendly and responsive. I would definitely go back.

I stayed at this hotel with family to bring in our Christmas Eve and Christmas to create memories in NYC for the first time. Our ending of the trip turned into an unexpected disaster. We allowed the housekeeper to clean the bathroom only, to later find out my diamond earrings were stolen. Of course I’m told an investigation would be conducted, however this trip turned out horrible. Overall the hotel was nice , there’s no vending machines. So you’re left to order out no room service. There is a refrigerator but no microwave. So make sure you stock up on drinks.The store downstairs doesnt have much variety. Also there’s no vending machines which I found to be very surprising(almost any hotel I reside in has one). The city view is very nice ! Not much of a sitting area in the lobby. Hopefully no other future or current guests will experience their personal belongings stolen.

Hyatt Centric Times Square was clean, very central and close to Manhattan attractions, had decent-sized rooms for NYC, and the staff were helpful. Would recommend. Was perfect for our family of four for Thanksgiving. One block off parade route; closest subway is 3 blocks away. Not a big place or lots of fancy amenities, but it was clean, had nice rooms, and good service.

This is a fantastic hotel, the housekeeping is by far and away the best service I have experienced in any hotel (I travel on business and with family frequently). Rooms serviced daily and full replenish of toiletries, towels, coffee and water. The rooms are larger than expected for the price and location and given the business of Times Sq surprisingly quiet. The location is safe and central to get around NYC with ease. I would stay here again.

Good location next to Time square. Great service overall and great response when requested. Nice gym and roof top bar with great views only downside there is that you are not allowed to bring your kids

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric Times Square. Great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We brought our 3 grandkids to NYC, it was their first time. They upgraded us to the 51st floor and the kids were amazed at the lights!!
