Very nice room! It fit our family of three easily. Also, a big thank you to Nikki, the host, who realized it was my birthday at check-in and then sent up Prosecco to our room. What a thoughtful touch!

Amazing property. We felt like family. Owner and son were there to make sure we were well taken care of. Manager was super helpful too. Small room but super comfortable and clean. Great design. Location is great, very close to Times Square. Good restaurant too. Thumbs up.

The rooms were too small and inconvenient for a family of 3. The place was close to timesquare a benefit but the street have trash bins right in front. The restaurant is not a great one either

I don’t know how this place gets such good reviews. Good location and clean room. But that’s about it. Reception area wedged in passageway, receptionist wasn’t friendly or helpful, hidden $25 “urban fee” (whatever that is), room was tiny and dated with loud noise from next door bar/restaurant. Tried to have a quiet breakfast the next day, only to (a) sit near four very loud kids egged on by waitress, and (b) get a small watery oatmeal for $15. Very disappointing.

We had two rooms for a long weekend, traveling seniors, adults, and kids. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The rooms arent huge but are on par with others in the area. They were clean, comfortable, and quiet. We arrived before check in and they held our bags while we went out exploring the area. The on site restaurant was a good option for a quick meal. It was an easy walk to time square and subway. The hotels location was great for convenience but did see some shop lifting at a store down the road but overall felt it was a safe location. We would stay again in the future.

This is a classy hotel. It is comfortable and cozy with professional, friendly, and helpful staff. It has a fine restaurant and menu. It was perfect for my family.

What a wonderful place to stay. We absolutely felt blessed that we ended up staying here out of anywhere we could have stayed. The owners, managers and employees treated us like family. The food was wonderful as well as the cappuccinos. Beautiful room and quiet due to the double windows. Only one block from Times Square with tons of shops, restaurants and bars near by and yet as soon as we walked through the doors to the hotel we felt miles away almost like we were tucked away in a cozy Irish cottage. Sebastian was so fun to talk with and helped us navigate our way through the city. Thank you all so much for making our trip wonderful.

We, I and my children, stayed at this hotel for a summer weekend. The shower didn’t work properly at all. They promised me to repair it but not…. It’s just too much when it’s so hot and you need a shower when you come back to the hotel and then the shower doesn’t work…. The hotel has ongoing work outside….And it’s expensive hotel. Don’t take this hotel and that is what I can say.
