Moderne Hotel

Very disappointing! What was up sold on line as a junior suite was basically a single room, tiny aged and dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed with cheap pillows. The windows were so dirty, you can barely see outside, zero facilities other than a quest lounge that even the only single amenity of coffee wasn’t even stocked.

Went to check in and after parking and grabbing luggage fir me and my 2 kids went inside to find out they canceled my reservation without telling me. Apparently they over booked and switch me to there sister hotel which was little over half mile away. Not knowing if parking was available at other location we packed our luggage to the other hotel.

This was a 2nd visit to N.Y and my 1st stay was somewhere else with not the best services so I was not expecting much. To my surprise the hotel met all expectations. We arrived early and out of the 2 rooms were able to check in early into of them. The rooms had bottled water, mini fridge, iron and hair dryer. The other hotel had none of that and was the same price. Cleaning staff in the halls would ask if we needed anything. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The bathrooms were nice and great water pressure. Rooms are decent size. Location is walking distance to many tourist attractions. They have a guest lounge. Area is safe and clean. Will definitely recommend to family and friends visiting N.Y and will definitely stay here again.

At first I was unimpressed with this hotel. The lobby and rooms are very small and the view from our window was a brick wall. That said, location and comfort are the most important features for us. The beds are very comfortable, shower had good water pressure, and the location is fantastic. We really love Central Park and it was so close and convenient. Lots of great shops and restaurants close by too. The staff was always very nice as well. I wouldn't stay here with our whole family due to the room size, but for my husband and I it was perfect.

Amazing service!!! The room was gorgeous with the most comfortable beds.Slept like a baby and the view and location where amazing. This is our hotel from now on when Visiting New York City!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great Creative Hotel right in the heart of Manhattan. Great for family and friends. Excellent friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Great coffee and other treats in their lounge. Wonderful place to base out your trips to NYC. Would highly recommend.
