Check in process smooth. Free ice cream at check in. Breakfast w plenty of options including those for vegetarian diets. Staff are wonderful. Kids received a welcome stuffed toy and other freebies like bottled water. Rooms are small which is expected for nyc and many city views are partial views but we weren’t planning on staying in our hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks to Flavia and other the other courteous staff. Overall recommend for a no frills stay w the family.

The property was nice and clean, area was convenient to Carnegie Hall (we were there for a junior high concert). Elevators were slow, but there were a lot of kids there for the concert. Easy access to transportation. Overall, good experience!

The room is clean, but not spacious. No microwave, which is a bit inconvenient for travelers with a family of 4. The water from the bathroom sink was way too hot, and no cold water. Good thing is that customer service is quick and responsible.
