Hotel is next to evrrything, you even have the subway right in the corner, many places to visit nearby. It was clean, room was small but we manage! We were a family of 3, never used the breakfast buffet as we likento temry differnt places nearby, it was always packed also you need to go early. It has starbucks coffe in the bar at am, We ordered fron the bar duting the night, it was ok. There is a guy that works in the bar that should stay at home as he obviously does not enjoy his job, other than that theres always someone from the staff to make up for them and make your stay pleasent. Check in although busy was pretty fast.

Hotel is large, in a nice location of NYC. Hotel is dated and needs upgrades.
Staff was amazing and very helpful.
Hotel rooms need refrigerators... Terrubke having a room with no refrigerator, with little kiddies.
overall, it was a cool stay.

My family was disappointed in the coldness shown by a few employees. Our first night stay in NY was here and it wasn't very pleasant. The beds are not good, my son and I woke up with horrible backaches. It was also the smallest hotel room bathroom I've been to. They offer free shampoo/conditioner and the conditioner bottle is a hard plastic that makes it nearly impossible to squeeze or get the conditioner out. You can also hear everything in the rooms next to yours, every time someone opens a door down the hallway you can hear it. The parking is so expensive. We stayed for 24 hours and 2 extra hours but they charged us for two full days, not the two extra hours. For 26 hours of parking, we paid $170 !!! It is a very overpriced hotel with a sub-mediocre quality experience.

Nice stay in the heart of the theater district of Manhattan. Very convenient as well, next to a subway stop. One suprise was teh hotel's $30 destination fee, and the hotel providing us with a $30 credit to be used for food in the hotel. My family didn't realize that the credit had to be used that night, so we appreciated that the hotel was gracious and allowed the credit to be used for hotel food the following morning. My family would stay here again.

Stay away from this hotel. We checked in online (like they told us too) around 10 a.m. and then again in person around noon when we dropped off our bags. They told us we could get a room at 4 p.m. (the official checkin time). We did some things in the city and went back to get our rooms at 7 p.m. The line was extremely long and it quickly became clear people were very upset. When we got to an agent, he reported that they didn't have the room we had booked ready (two double beds for me and my husband and our kid). We could take a king or wait, though he didn't know for how long. There was no apology and he blamed us, saying we hadn't checked in (although we had done so twice). Eventually we took the king, which is, of course, a much cheaper room. They gave us some breakfast vouchers, but that was it. Total rip off. No apology. If you stay here, check in early and insist that they take your credit card then and block off your rooms. But be prepared for long waits both in check in and bag check. I've stayed in smaller hotels in NYC before and had a much better experience. Other people were having similar experiences - they gave one man a room with NO BEDS in it! And then tried to get four work colleagues to stay in a room with one king. It was pretty nutty. Beware!

Receptionist did not take the time to explain the hotel details. The bellboys weren't helpful, I was caring 5 bags and one kid an none helped me. The only time that we had contact was when they wanted to sell us a transportation to the airport. This hotel has a great location, but it is not the best hotel in town.

The elevator system seemed wonderful at first. However it was nearly impossible to get an elevator with all the hoards of people/kids in the days before thanksgiving. And a couple of elevators just weren’t working at all.

Great location , couple blocks from time square and less then a mile walk to Central Park. We would definitely stay here again ; the 2 beds rooms is small with little ones but it’s still a great hotel
