I think I was charged over 100 dollars for valet parking service plus a 30 dollar tip. I had no clue I was going to be charged that much as the price isn’t advertised online. Once my family and I were settled in the room, we turned on the AC and went to bed. The sleep wasn’t good because the room never cooled down. The AC was set to 71 but the actual room temp was between 80-82. Hotels.com quoted me $333.06 (taxes and fees included) for one night. INK48 charged me $439.60 for one night with the valet parking. Keep in mind, this is after an alleged discount for being put in a room with a broken AC unit. I will not be using this hotel again.

Worst experience so far with axplace my family was going for years it wasn't the place It was one person at the front desk who were not in the great spirit and made the night pure hell

The amenities were not what was listed in Hotel.com. No rooftop bar, no restaurant on premises. I use hotels.com to give me what I am looking for- both services were lacking and I paid way too much for my room based on feedback from other visitors and family members staying there. I would not go back and I will not use hotels.com again. I feel taken advantage of.

A great property in an up and coming area of Hells Kitchen! Love the fact that theres so many difernt room types, can really target the best one for you. Rooms are neat clean and bright, i had a junior suite with a fabulous bathtub in the room-My favorite feature. Staff was not overbearing(but there when you needed them) which is so nice when you want a bit of privacy!

I have doubts over the hotel being a 4 star. Very poor bathrooms, and also something was not right, as we all did not sleep and my kids really struggled, even after changing the room 3 times. In the end we went to another hotel, and it was amazing.

This used to be my favorite hotel and total go to in the city- it’s been a few years since I’ve been here and honestly- it’s a little tired. The loss of press and the lobby bar is a big miss and the rooms TVs and showers leave a bit to be desired. Staff is still first rate though and you couldnt beat the rate. I will return probably but my expectations will be lower. Perfectly good good choice for a quick family trip.

We were a family of 5 (most adult) staying in a 2 queen room. We had plenty of room for us, luggage, and a small cot. Never had to wait for elevator, super clean, and great atmosphere. Only negative was a trouble toilet, but we worked around it. Great location too, 15 walk to times square.

Stayed the night here. Flew in very late with some travel delays. Called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in at 1am. They were welcoming and kind when we arrived with two tired kids. Saved our room and checked us in very fast. The room was clean. Clean white bedding and linens. Plenty and enough for the 4 of us. Extra pillows as well. Room was nice and warm. We will stay here again.
