My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean and a very convenient location! I just wish the beds were a little bigger. Other than that, it was great!

The Gregorian far surpassed our expectations! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to assist with recommending places to visit, eat and would point us in the right direction with finding the correct booking sites.
The room was amazing and very clean. It is obvious they have recently renovated it. The bathroom was a little small but it did not detract from the overall experience at the hotel.
We have already recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance of Times Square and the Theatre District for a fantastic price! My family and I loved our time at The Gregorian and will be back!

Hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are accomodating, very nice and helpful. Hotel location is very close to Macy's and Empire state building. Many dining options are available. Subway is just steps away. The only thing i would wish is for a coffee maker or a microwave in the room. But i would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay very much. Great location for shops and places to eat, subway station at the end of the street for connecting to other parts of the city quickly and conveniently.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to a friend.

Excellent stay. Mattresses were very comfortable. The best part was the front desk interaction with my children and teaching them
how to make the best paper airplanes!

Pros- Price was good for the location & most of the staff were friendly & hospitable. Overall, quiet hotel despite being close to Times Square. Felt safe & walkable to shopping, dining, & the square. Cons- 1 broke elevator & 1 extremely slow elevator (takes about 10 minutes no kidding). You need either patience to wait for the elevator or strong legs to walk up the spiral stair case up to your floor. Other repairs needed- the shower rod kept falling & the dispenser holding the shampoo kept falling apart.
*** All in all I’d recommend this hotel to those there for a quick trip & can handle climbing stairs. Probably won’t find a better deal price wise & still be so close to the area. Very close to subway stations (I don’t recommend). Pay the extra for Uber. They are easy & fast to get at any time. It’s worth the extra bucks. Feeling safe was very important for us Louisiana folks.

I stayed with my two daughters for a quick trip to nyc. It was the perfect location for walking to Broadway, kid friendly shopping, restaurants, Empire State Building. Really a great location, convenient to the subway and Penn Station. The room was cute and the staff was friendly and kind. It was a really good value. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a 3+ star hotel that could easily be 4.5 star with some changes. Service was wonderful, and location is central and easy. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful and quick to respond and several went above and beyond (including one gentleman who was handling baggage and he made paper airplanes for any kid he saw, and taught my son how to make them using up his own personal time). Room sizes for pricing are larger than usual in Manhattan. One downside was that only 1 elevator was operable and it's a typical NYC cozy elevator given pre-war building (which has great character) - just needed to plan accordingly for longer than usual waits to get up/down and be prepared to have some patience. Lower floors are easily walkable via pretty marble steps up/down if you're luggage is already in room. Housekeepng/Maintenance could have been a bit better - found an empty plastic cup between bedside table and wall, some staining on the shower curtain/tiles, and a lamp had a blown lightbulb and electrical switch that had not been identified or fixed.
