We stayed with my family and everything was great. They were unable to fix the elevator, as it was very slow, and we had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Do not expect any toothbrushes or toothpaste. A big shout out to the front desk, especially to Adam, Michael, and Luis. They were super helpful and amazing.

Much smaller than any Embassy Suites that I’ve ever stayed at, but just what you’d expect from most NYC hotels. Tight squeeze for a family of three.

What I liked about the property was the movie center they have outside on the 3rd floor deck. It was really nice and a great idea to stay in and relax. It was close by so many things... loved the location. Had a really nice size gym as well. The staff was so nice. The only thing I didn't like was seeing the trash outside at night going inside the hotel. They collect the trash at night so thats why. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Next time I go back to NY I'm definitely staying here again.

Good: Convenient location to TSq, ESB, restaurants, and a couple of subway stations. Front desk & staff were very kind & helpful. Room was quiet & comfortable, with 2 working TVs.
Room was arranged nicely for having a kid in the sofa bed.
NOT-SO-GOOD: Wait time at Heist restaurant was way too long. On one of our 3 days, housekeeping service did not come to our room until 5:00pm We asked for 3 extra towels... and got only one The fill tube in the toilet was broken, and would not shut off. We had to ask for a TV remote, which we received quickly. Finally, though it may also be true of many other Manhattan hotels... The surprise $30 daily Hospitality charge "food credit" is a complete rip off. But I guess that's why they do it, to make money. You would think a $400 room per night, would be enough.

I liked the happy hour everyday since they provided some small snacks and drinks for us to relax and chat with family. I also liked that the provided $30 every night for us to order food. The food was actually pretty good! However, it wasn’t communicated when we booked the hotel on Expedia and I wish we were told about it ahead of time. I also liked the breakfast but finding a seat in the morning was a pain. The shower in the room we stayed in had a weaker water pressure and the water was not going in on the first day. We reported this to the maintenance and they fixed it when we’re back. Appreciate it!

The hotel is located in a very central, walkable area - 10-15 minutes from Time Square and all the shows, 25 minutes to Central Park, Flat Iron, NYU, 45 minutes to NOHO/SOHO/Village, and about an hour walk to Little Italy/China Town.
The actual hotel offers small rooms, but has nice amenities including nice shampoo, conditioner, an evening reception and free breakfast. The manager during breakfast was so friendly and hard working - he never stopped. People were rude and demanding, as it's a very small dining area for the amount of people, but he went above and beyond. This goes for the cleaning crew in the dining, as well.
This was a good choice for us, as a family of 5 to stay and see the entire area of Manhattan.

The hotel was in a great location and close enough to fifth Avenue and Times Square and convenient to subway stations. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in. They held our luggage in a safe space until our room was ready. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of options to choose from. I would say that the alcoholic beverages may be a little pricey, but hey, it's NYC. There is also a bar on the third floor with an open roof deck, which is pretty cool. You get a nice view of the Empire State building. We took an Uber from both airports and it was about a 30 to 45 minute drive. I would recommend taking the subway or walking if you can as the traffic is crazy. We would most definitely stay here again. The customer service is great from check-in to the cleaning staff. The junior suite was perfect for my husband and I and my teenager who had her own space and TV in the room.
