I did not like that there was no on site or valet parking at the hotel when i booked it the expedia description stated it had valet parking for 75 a day which was an error in the description. The AC in my room went out 3 times, they came up and fixed it twice but it went out on my last night about 2 hours after he fixed it, my kids were already sleeping so i did not bother calling yhem again. They do have free breakfast which was nice, the staff at the desk and the maintenance worker were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. We had a room on the 19th (2nd from the top) with a nice view and no issue waiting for elevators. The room had a broken window valence but it wasn't an issue. If you need a gym there's is very suitable for a quick workout. The only disappointment for us was the free breakfast had all the normal things you get at a continental free breakfast except a waffle maker (that's a staple for my family when traveling). Hotel is close (a few blocks) to empire state bldg, subways, penn station and walking (10-12 blocks) to broadway, & rockefeller plaza.

We loved our stay here! This is one of a few hotels in nyc that has 2 queen beds, so perfect for families. The location is excellent and we were able to walk safely to Bryant Park, GCT, Rockefeller Center, Times Square etc. the train station is only a couple of blocks which made travel to other sites so easy. A lot of food options around, coffee shops abound and lots of great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay was not great. Management was not cooperative either. I had family emergency due to which I had checked out one day early but they were not helping enough to refund me my one day money despite staying there for 3 nights. I would never recommend this hotel.
