Great location for Empire State and Penn station. We were a family of five (3 teenagers) so it was a bit of a squash with the sofa bed open. Free breakfast. Ragtrader and Keg Room are good for dinner.

All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, front door, security) were amazing - they were professional, friendly, fast, and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright, updated and spacious. I really liked the kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and dinnerware. The hotel had a great location and was near a supermarket and many restaurants. The area was very walkable and felt very safe for my family. It is close to the National Mall and downtown DC. This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and I will definitely stay here again.

First we check in late due to maintenance issues in our room we had to wait to get it done. Next day we had a phone call from the hotel will enjoying our lunch it has been a lick from the sailing so they have to move us to 2 different rooms we are a family of 5 with kids now we are separated all ready mess up our trip plus communication with the manager was not handled well at this moment we’re not satisfied with the situation I will not recommend any one to stay in that hotel

If your a big family like mine the one room that fits 6 is going to be tight! We had the 2 queen and 1 pull out bed and it did work but it was super tight. The staff was great. The breakfast was perfect for my family as well. We didn’t have any issues.

It was a convenient and central location to walk to many attractions. Penn Station is about a ten minute walk. Staff, especially housekeeping was terrific, and we liked the free breakfast. It got busy in the dining area especially during the weekend, but there was always enough hot food. With only two elevators, we did have to wait a while during the morning rush. Older decor, but clean. We requested an early check-in on a particularly busy weekday and the front-desk did their best to accommodate us. Overall, it was a really good hotel for our family visit to New York City.

Was the perfect location and perfect little hotel for a big family. Room was small as I would expect for NYC but yet it was enough for our family of 6 and we loved it. Would recommend it to anyone.
