Great location, the rooms are very small which is expected but as we had a room with two double beds and a cot it was very tight. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned. Great tea and coffee facilities in the lobby but none in our room which was difficult with having a toddler having to go downstairs every time.

We have stayed as a family of 4; the Hotel is conveniently located near time square & other attractions in Manhattan; easy access to subway; hotel's street is less busy which was good; near a variety of breakfast places and food in general. The hotel offers free coffee and refreshing water all day in lobby which was pleasant. staff were super friendly; shout out to both Jihad at the front desk and Ryan at the bell stand; they were both very friendly and helpful. The only thing i didn't like about the hotel is how small their rooms are; not enough space to move around especially when you are traveling with kids. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it....

All of the staff was very friendly and kind. It was definitely family friendly, which was important to us. Public transportation was easily accessible from that place as well. We weren't thrilled that one of the beds was broken. Nobody told us but we also didn't say anything. As long as one of us was on one of the sides, then it was okay. I don't know what they could have done if we would have said something. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
