This hotel and its staff were absolutely wonderful. I had to change the dates on one of our two rooms, to shorten the stay. It was complicated because I had prepaid through Expedia. The manager and front desk staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind in helping us to resolve our issue. We are super grateful! The hotel is very cute and in an excellent location, and my family loved their lobby drinks!

I arrived an hour early from Penn Station and was pleasantly surprised they had my room available for check in. The lovely front desk staff Yadira and Evanny were very accommodating with all my questions about the surrounding neighborhood, including nice places to eat. I felt like a family member after my five day stay....loved the vibe! The location was spot on, able to walk to most of my favorite NYC landmarks.

The staff were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 3. To top these, the breakfasts we had at the restaurant were amazing .

I travelled alone with my 3 kids and we LOVED our stay!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming but still gave the feeling of elegance and a true vacation. Thank you!!

were there with the family and spent 1 week - Compared to other hotels in a similar price range, the hotel is clearly recommended. The rooms are small but top clean and the service is also very good. Five Star rating

Great hotel in midtown. I’ve stayed for work in the past and just took my family in February. We loved everything about it - nice amenities, rooms are larger than average in the city and the location is excellent. I highly recommend this property and we will be back.

We love staying here because it is quieter than other properties on the same block. I have stayed in other hotels, even right next door, and they were so much noiser. It has a lovely, cozy lounge area with fireplace, and it's one of the few hotels in Manhattan that I've found with an affordable option for a suite. It works great for family members or friends to be able to share a room with bedroom sofabed/living room area. The front desk staff, doorman, and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly.

The hotel is great- well maintained, clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, it's perfectly walkable. There is also a cozy lobby with a fireplace. The only minus is the lack of breakfast- there are no breakfast options, which could be a problem when travelling with kids. There is coffee & water though. Also the rooms are not that big, but they have everything you might need.

This property was so welcoming. We were greeted by Steven, a manager upon arriving, who made us feel very welcome and was equally kind to the kids. The staff was great. The location is really close to Macy’s, and we were there for the parade, so it was good. A small suggestion would be to have a chair with wheels at the desk in the room. It was hard to use the chair there. We had the suite with the one bed and the couch that pulled out and that worked out really well for us. We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great experience!
