My family came into NYC to see a show at the Orpheum Theatre and spent the night at the hotel. It was close to the theatre so that we could walk, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, the hotel was on a quiet street so there was no noise during the night, the room was very roomy and clean and in the morning we had a great “grab-and-go” breakfast (coffee, tea, pastries, bagels, yogurt and fruit). Checkout and checking in were very easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

When we booked the hotel we asked for room for 4( 2 adults and 2 kids) When we checked in the room when we finally arrived at midnight we got has only a bed and 2 small couches…that can’t be transfer into sofa bed at all…when we complained to the front desk they say there was nothing they can do… The booking listing is totally wrong and false advertisement
