A great hotel situated right on the beach. Lovely long 25m pools which are heated to 31C! Very attentive staff, good food and chilled atmosphere. Good for children.

We loved our stay after traveling 24 hours. It was peaceful with a boutique hotel feel and very clean common areas. Staff was very accommodating and kind.Great breakfast! We had a corner suite and was massive with a dining area and kitchen we used to warm leftovers and 1.5 bathrooms for convenience with our 2 teens. The pool and beach areas were well maintained and everyone was very accommodating here as well. The only complaint I have is that the main pool area which has a live DJ and alcohol is not open to families on the weekend which we didn’t know. This is their policy so I’m not blaming any staff. On Thursday we enjoyed hours at that pool and beach with really good music/drinks. On Saturday, I was by myself and was helped by staff to set up 4 loungers and security told me I can’t be there bc he recognized me and knew I had 4 kids coming. I was disappointed that I was able to settle in and then asked to leave. I had to go to the other family pool which only had food service. We couldn’t even hear the music. We ended up separating from our kids for some time to enjoy drinks by the bar and then meeting up again by pool. This definitely impacted our entire pool/beach day. We also went to have shisha one evening and it closed an hour early so we never ended up enjoying that either. Overall everything was great and I definitely recommend staying here but if you’re visiting for a weekend and the pool/beach/drinks/music is your scene and you have kids, maybe book elsewhere.

A decent one night stay at the hotel. Modern facilities. We were on a half board stay. We arrived on a Saturday when the pool party was in full flow. I would say that the noise and the questionable language of the songs would not work well with a family holiday. Service was generally good although I did have to walk to reception after 4 unanswered calls. The evening meal was good and with decent choice. The breakfast was excellent and a beautiful location with light and spacious inside with large terrace outside with views back to the Marina skyline. Both pools were too warm in my opinion - there wasn't a cooler option, apart from the sea. Drinks prices are very high, 32 for a can of Pepsi! The happy hour was poor with only shots of spirits available. No cocktails or beers. We were presented with an upgrade at check in but we were given a very standard room - I can't imagine what the room I booked for must have been like. No bath - just personal preference. The service, was generally very good, lovely staff.

This hotel is amazing. We travelled as a family with 4 kids of all ages and the rooms were large and staff was exceptionally kind. Great location for relaxing and enjoying good food and excellent facilities. There is a pool designated for families and another pool area for adults only. Mr. Jordan of the front desk was exceptionally helpful and Mr. Francis of the concierge took care of our commuting. Would surely recommend for families.
