Overall the hotel is amazing. We had a huge suite which was excellent. The hotel is family friendly (we have three kids :). Concierge did their utmost to help with our requests and most of the staff were professional and service minded. An improvement area is the service. Some of the staff forgot orders and sometimes the restaurants felt understaffed. We also had an unpleasant experience with a hostess at one of the restaurants but her behavior improved a lot after our feedback was given.
