Our family of 7 felt extremely welcomed during our stay. We enjoyed a relaxing lay over after a long europe trip. Some countries need to visit Dubai to see and understand what true customer interaction and service really means. Cannot wait to visit Dubai again.

This hotel and staff were superb! We enjoyed our stay as a family, everyone is so attentive and friendly. The restaurants and room service offered great variety of food, at all times! We had great coffee and drinks. The pool is beautiful, the hotel is wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would def be back.

This is my second visit at zabeel saray, I must say always pleasant to stay here. My family enjoyed here and specially the kids loved it. The staff here is amazing so accommodating specially Sana and William thanks you so much for your hospitality. I hope we can come back again

resort is beautiful and tranquil. it gives a feeling of vacation. staff is super friendly and club lounge is great. kids club could be improved, as not many toys are available.

We are a family of four. Two 5-year-old and 9-year-old children were traveling with us. This hotel has wonderful programs for children. A family that has a child with them will have infinite peace in this hotel. The staff were extremely respectful and the atmosphere was amazing. I recommend this hotel to families.

I did put a lots of reviews for hotels here in Dubai as I come twice a year for business but since this one was with family we decided to stay at the palm and the choice was between Atlantis and Zabeel Saray, seriously this was the best hotel I stayed at, the front desk upgraded us to a family suite which was a size of a one bedroom apart, the service and the breakfast is another thing to talk about

We stayed in February 2024 as a family of 4 including our 11 month old baby and we had an amazing time. The hotel facilities are outstanding but I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the management and staff for an amazing service that we received. This has been the best holiday we've had as a family. We loved everything but the hotel's main strength is the people working here. You're all stars making this a world class hotel. Thank you all.
