The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

The staff was very welcoming on a daily basis. Service to the room was done expeditiously. Made you feel like family. Great place to stay l. If I could’ve given more than 5 ⭐️I would’ve.

Simply amazing! We are a family of five, kids ages 1,5 and 7, and found everything to be absolutely perfect for all of us. The food, the room size, (deluxe) the facilities, the pools, service. Simply 10/10 and definitely recommend.

This property is so elegant! It also has more than one pool with cabana boys who were so attentive. The restaurants all served good food. Every part of the property was done with attention to detail and was so, so clean. The people who worked there treated my whole family like royalty. I will be back.

The facilities at the hotel were better than expected. The room was incredible, the view definitely was impressive. The bathroom layout perfect for a family. The swimming pools were not only spotless, but with the children felt extremely safe as well. I was initially hesitant to book half board, but I am so glad that I did. All the meals were perfect, the kids selection was great too. Kudos to the chefs! The word legendary is used by the Ritz-Carlton for service, and I couldn’t agree more, it definitely was, from the lobby desk, guest services, cleaning team, life guards, waiting staff and all the other employees. We didn’t have to ask for anything, it’s like everyone was always a step ahead and I cannot fault at all. I would definitely recommend staying here, I certainly will the next time I go to Dubai.
