Like the location and the vast number of restaurants and cafes in a very safe environment with family environment.

Overall the stay was great. Only complaint I have is the hotel put us in the 3rd floor and failed to let us know the 3rd floor had a kids play area. Every morning we were woken up by kids screams and running down the hall way to the play area.

This Hilton property in Dubai is perfect for all travelers (vacation, business, couples, families). Lots to do inside & outside of the hotel. The entire staff goes above & beyond assisting guests. Great deals offered & good upgrades.

Perfect location to access all attractions in Dubai, short walk to metro and tram stops, on The Walk so ideal for an evening walk / meal out. On the beach. Lovely staff who made it easy for us to travel with our baby on his first trip abroad

May saty at the Hilton was pleasant and wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room can be improved a little by providing smart Tv, I was travelling with a child and I needed access for youtube on tv so that she can watch her favourite cartoons. They had both usb-c and usb 2.0 for charging you phone. I highly recommend this place.

This was our first family holiday with our 9 month baby and it met all our expectations! I can’t rate this hotel and staff enough. Upon arrival we were able to check in early and we got offered a up grade at a discounted rate. It was our daughters 9 month birthday and the hotel staff got her a cake which was a nice touch. We asked the hotel if they had a walker which they replied no however after our dinner when we arrived in the room they left us a walker for her! They hotel staff took the time out to get to know us personally which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lydia at reception was lovely. She took the time out to have a chit chat with us every time she saw us. This hotel is perfect for a family holiday especially if you have children. The location is prefect with many restaurants right outside. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again!

I would like to start by accentuating the positives:- 1) The staff were amazing helpful, polite and could not do enough for you. 2) Given that we travelled on the week before Easter there were sufficient sun beds to for everyone. The pool, as to be expected, was full with children which was no problem because as a mature couple you just do not go near it. 3) The gardens around the hotel had lots of sun beds and as long as you were down by 08:00 you did a good position. There were literally hundreds of sunbeds on the beach if you prefer the sand. 4) In the middle of the hotel at the back was a massive screen which showed the premier league, tennis and also had disney films. 5) The 'Waves' restaurant did a very good and varied lunch. 6) being on the 'Walk' there was a great selection of restaurants- Indian, Italian, 5 Guys, Eaterly etc. 7) We booked the Exec Room With Sea View which came with the exec lounge. The breakfast was amazing and the evening food and free drinks was really good value. It ran from 18:00 - 20:00 and the staff were fantastic. The negatives :- 1) I had read that the hotel was slightly tired and I do agree. If you are 6' 2'' you cannot get your head under the shower which was a slight irritation. 2) Be aware that there is a massive construction site next door which this website failed to mention, Our sea view was non-existent, see the photo attached and our balcony was always dusty. Overall the staff saved the hotel.
