Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach

Everything was amazing. Brilliant location, staff, food, service and hospitality throughout. I would definitely recommend it to everyone wanting to stay as family, couple or even alone.

Not recommended with family or solo. I booked a spa treatment in Sofitel Hotel Spa, upon arrival i got to know its double the price i paid as many charge higher price in 5star properties. My massage was going well when 45 min passed from my 60min treatment she said you do want special service i said what is special service. She told me 3 option: for 15minutes 1. Body to body - 2000aed 2. Only top of body to body - 1000aed 3. Hand job - 500aed I politely informed her no, she said i will do half for you. I felt so uncomfortable that i ask her to finish the massage and leave. I was not especting this from this place.. Many families come and stay here i stayed with my family multiple times. Im shocked to see this as i know it happens in dubai but im so sad it happened like this. Ashamed of sofitel hotel.

From the moment we got out of our car at the hotel to the time we left it was amazing. The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough! Our room was cleaned by Amush (I think) he couldn't do enough! The nights if we ever needed anything even if it was late and I mean late Tehseen was always helpful and usually greeted us at our room with a smile. Without the people who work there the hotel wouldn't be as enjoyable. They made you feel like you were home away from home. Would recommend to all family and friends! Would happily come and stay again. The location is very sought and therefore the traffic is horrendous after 6pm. If you can it's best to get near the hotel with a taxi and then walk along the back! Saves alot of time and you enjoy the views on your walk.

First of all, I have been staying in this hotel for more than 8 years when I visit Dubai. It WAS an excellent hotel until my last visit last week, which will be the last unfortunetly and it is time to move on to another hotel. Checking in went smooth except the lady in the reception kept annoying me with asking me to upgrade my room. I booked a basic room and she kept asking me to upgrade to a bigger room with a nicer view but I had to pay the price difference. I kindly declined the offer, but she kept asking me “Are you sure?” The room is small, the bigger room looks nicer .. etc. Mam I declined your offer unless you want to upgrade me for free which many hotels did before but I did not ask for that though. The hotel itself now seems outdated, the bed is way outused as it is not comfy anymore. The sink in the bathroom was terrible and water wont go in the drain. The room service guy was stalking me for some reason, whenever I went out of my room he jumps out of nowhere in the hallway to ask me to clean my room, and I did not need anything and I keep declining nicely for a whole week several times a day! I seriously thought he would knock on my door next time to ask me to get out of my room and clean it against my will! One time I returned to the hotel and gave my car to the valet, my child was sleeping in his baby car seat and while I was getting his stroller out of the trunk, the valet guy kept stairing at my sleeping baby for minutes I mean what is your proble

Family friendly, great location, good food quality, nice rooms and overall nice hotel. Wifi not very strong in rooms and pool size a little small, particularly with a lot of families and children using it.

Over all a good hotel right on the JBR. Breakfast was good, same everyday but had a good selection. Down part was that it was crowded and noisy. The biggest issue was how we could hear our neighbors tv and a baby screaming at night. The rooms are not sound proof at all. The pool was to small for the amount of people staying at the hotel, even though the staff managed to get us sun beds. The pool has sun throughout the whole day and nice view over JBR and Dubai Eye. The cleaning of the rooms could have been better, like restocking toilet paper.

It’s all excellent had a great time the staff was brilliant the service was on point would recommend this hotel to friends and family
