The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm

My stay with St. Regis on The Palm was beyond my expectations. The very first impression is the stunning tower and design of the hotel. Once I arrived to the hotel, the entire staff went above and beyond to take care of everyone. Throughout my stay, a few key employees stood out for the personal attention to details regarding my needs. Magdalene serviced my attire needs upon arrival and made sure the entire butler team followed up with any further requests. Anis the butler was very personable and made sure I had all my needs met swiftly. Noura was the sweetest of them all who shared pastry enthusiasm with me as a pastry chef. We enjoyed conversations and passion for pastry and food alike! She was very attentive to everyone in the lobby as well as expressing her favorite pistachio raspberry cake, which is a must try! Teja from private dining was extremely helpful and his attention to detail was very impressive! He made sure I had all of my requests taken care of swiftly. The entire staff treated me as if I was family and I’m very grateful to have this opportunity to see the other side of our hospitality industry! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home! The amenities, the restaurants, and the mall attached to the hotel is just a small portion of what St. Regis On The Palm has to offer. The rooftop pool is another attraction that needs reservations to attend! Hats off to this amazing venue!

Amazing hotel but I would not recommend for a family holiday. Hotel and rooms are beautiful. Restaurants and dining options are perfect. Unfortunately this hotel is not for kids. Maybe management should make that clear : hotel has no beach access (clearly mentioned) but have negociated with a partner an access for St Regis guest (clearly mentioned). Unfortunately access is only for guest above 21 years old and this part is not mentioned anywhere... I felt that this intentional/unintentional omission or misrepresentation was inacceptable.

Amazing hospitality and butler service! I came for a convention and w family , very nice espresso machine in room and clise proximity to mall. Was upgraded to a grand Suite. Thank you for an awesome time! Will stay again!
