Upscale and luxurious. Everything is available. You'll even find a portable charger in the room if you need it when you go down to the beach/pool and tanning lotion and refreshments etc. Room service was delicious and always on time. Coffee in the morning and a meal each day. big menu where you'll find something for everyone. Valet was very experienced and not a single scratch on my RAM TRX (oversized pickup). luggage service was also great. they brought the bags up and unpacked it into the cabinets in the room (they did ask first). Reception was easy to communicate with. The pool is a one of a kind experience, and so is the beach. rooftop for dinner is also amazing. This place is a vacation in itself. go for it! not for families as can be noisy.

What a horrible property and staff. To keep it short, it’s full of malpractices from day managers to overnight shifts. They accessed my. Room went through my stuff at 2am! Under the excuse of a system glitch. Called the police. One of the worst supposedly 5 star. It’s not even 3. Also if you are a family, or a solo traveler looking for a bit of a vibe and clean classy environment- this is not the place for you. Would never dare to stay here again.

Love the pool parties. A family pool where family can swim together with their children would be excellent. That was my second stay at the hotel with my family and I would stay there again.

The property was great. But this hotel is not suitable for family. Its more for parties in the pool and night clubbing. More suitable for singles.

Very nice structure but more suitable for individuals looking for fun than for families. There are many young girls who are looking for money and this is not nice when you're on a family vacation

This hotel is a Must stay. Book the junior suite ocean view and thank me later

Overall, an ok stay but not providing value for the money as it was overpriced and bad quality. Although, the rooms are nice the service is very poor ( e.g got booked rooms after 2h, everything costs on the premises you could not even bring water to the pool, unwelcoming staff if you “do not have the right surname feeling”, slow valet service for the car, few value for the money options on the menu) and one should be aware that the clientele is trashy rich kids. One should note that we are ourselves 25-30 y old with resources who have experienced many hotels, hence the feeling for lack of value for the money.

First and foremost if you're a couple who likes low key and quiet this is NOT the hotel for you. It was loud and obnoxious and had naked women all over the lobby let alone filled with "lady's of the night". Avoid if you have a family or young children for sure! We arrived after 3 days worth of flight cancelations and delays, we were exhausted. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room that we were very grateful for. However more than anything we wanted a clean room. The room was dirty, the couch was white or was supposed to be white, the room had a smell to it and further I had to kill a few spiders. They refused to give us a refund and made us wait 2.5 hours before giving us another room (a room that was very much DEEP cleaned before giving it to us). We thought maybe we're being ungrateful and we're just exhausted after traveling for 3 days and we should sleep it off. The next day we take a shower and the whole bathroom floods and is just a mess. I'd assume since everyone is drunk they don't really care much about a clean room. Further when checking out they had charged a bunch of alcohol from the mini bar which we didn't even touch.
