Atlantis, The Palm

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was overall an incredible experience. The resort is stunning, the amenities are world-class, and the variety of activities and dining options kept our entire family entertained and well-fed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, and the overall ambiance of the resort, which made our trip truly memorable. However, we did have one unfortunate experience with the staff at the taxi pick-up point. While waiting for a taxi to take us to an evening yacht tour, we were passed over in line without any explanation or request, as the staff prioritized another guest. This caused unnecessary stress as we were concerned about missing our tour. It was especially upsetting for our young child, who was reduced to tears over the fear of missing the event. Although we made it to the yacht in time, the entire situation dampened the mood, and the staff’s lack of apology or acknowledgment of their behavior was disappointing. Despite this hiccup, the rest of our stay was absolutely fantastic. Atlantis The Palm is an exceptional resort, and we would love to return, hoping for an even smoother experience next time.

It was disappointing. Very busy hotel - it is family hotel. So if you need a relax/romantic time for a couple - this is not the place to go... Kids run around in the hall, lobby, everywhere all the way till midnight and later. Waiting time for check-in, check-out 20 to 25 minutes. lovely decor and nice restaurants but way too busy. Room decor is a bit outdated. Carpets smell inside the room. Checkout is at 11 AM - every ad on you have to pay. As a guest you get lost in the system and in the sea of noise around you.

We have stayed at Atlantis many times before with our family. This time everything was really bad, we could not sleep at night because of the sound of the drill, we told them but no one even came back. They hung the towels that we threw on the floor after using them in the rooms for us to use again as if they were clean. The staff was very uninterested and rude. I have stayed at Atlantis at least 6 times because my children love it so much, this time we are saying goodbye with a complete disappointment in our stay, I am sorry, it is a shame for the money I paid.

Great for our 4 and 6yr old. So much to do. They love the water park, the pools, the aquarium, the kids club, the breakfast, our room. All of it was wonderful. It’s expensive, and there is no doubting that; however we have some great memories.

As always, Atlantis is a great hotel with large well equiped rooms and consistent service. Check-in remains total impersonal - despite this being about the 6th stay at Atlantis they dont recognise you as a return guest or acknowledge the occassion you may be celebrating at their hotel. Aquaventure is becoming a disaster zone - too many people particularly groups of young men wearing clothes in the pool and unable to queue with kids and families - totally unacceptable.

It was our first time staying at The Atlantis and it was a really good experience. Our housekeeper Angelo made our stay so comfortable and convenient, he placed a sterilliser without us even requesting one. Our room was always a pleasure to come back to. Thank you so much for taking care of us whilst staying at The Atlantis! Our kids loved the little towel sculptures every night too!

Atlantis has it all. Very Luxurious and family friendly. We had an amazing holiday.
