A very service minded hotel on a great location. Big room with a kitchenette and very comfortable beds. Breakfast included with surprisingly very high standard. Can really recommend it both for a family or as a tourist.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It seem clean and had everything we needed. We stayed on a studio suite with my family of five. If I had to change something about it, I would just say maybe the pullout sofa and the beds to be a little softer but that does not stop me from staying here again this would be our next stay again when we’re back in New York.

We are a family of 5 and we booked a studio room with kitchenette. For our stay it was very advantageous to have the convenience of a microwave, full refrigerator and stove. The room was in very good condition and clean. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Includes breakfast buffet. I recommend it.

Big comforfortable room for our family of five. Situated perfectly for tourism close to subway and several sights. Clean and modern! View from room was 5m into next apartment building. Breakfast was terrible with very limited choices (e.g. no bacon/sausages and cut fruit) and all factory made (not freshly baked) - highly surprising due to the elevated cost of hotel. Review I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Jane front desk staff, on the outstanding customer service she provided to us Thursdays through Saturday. As soon as we approached the front desk, Jane was courteous, welcoming, like a host receiving her favorite guests, respect, she gave us security with checking and acomodating, offering us a beautiful room, easy checking number of options that would work our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that our desires were met-calling on staff to take extra linens if we want use the bed bank for my child. She was helpful with giving us every subway information, she knows everything, we felt that she really knew what we needed before we ask her, Amazing I am truly appreciative of the exemplary service that she provided and I wanted to be sure her managers were aware of the outstanding job she's doing. Thanks Jane for all your help and warm and amazing stay we had! I really don't how to explain Mrs. Jane, we just learned how is important to become like her, professional, human, loving, caring, respectful, knowledgeable! We will be back, thank you Mrs. Jane.

Smooth check-in, friendly staff, good location- easy walk to all financial district/world trade area. Concierge remembered us from check in and made check out simply and easy as well. We requested a infant crib which they already had waiting in our room at check-in, took the time to make sure we were in a room that wouldn’t have a ton of out side traffic noise due to sleeping baby.
