i have stayed here many times when I visit family. The room was the most depressing room I have ever stayed in. It was in its own little hallway behind the elevator shaft. There was a tiny window in the corner and when you pulled the curtains, it showed two large heating vents. The room was fine-clean but awfully sad

I spent 3 nights in a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette with my 2 kids. The room was excellent for us with the space, and the fridge and microwave were very convenient. There is no traffic noise based on where the hotel is but we did have some noise from the rooms next to us when in the hall. There are a Whole Foods & Target walkable distance if you like to pickup food for your room like me. Coffee in the lobby was always available and the staff were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. The only negatives I found was I didn’t like the bed directly next to the door, hallway noise was rough when our neighbors were outside talking and sneaking out for coffee while my daughter slept didn’t allow me to keep the light from the hall. We had one tv not working properly and the living room didn’t get as warm as the rest of the room, but they were not deal l breakers. The room had some minor things that needed attention such as peeling wallpaper, but it was clean and comfortable. Overall I would stay again if traveling to the WTC area.

There was an individual who stood outside the hotel door screaming obscenities while my kids and I walked into the hotel. There didn’t seem to be a staff member who monitored guest arrival and departure outside the main entrance who could have managed or prevented this kind of situation.

Things couldn't have been better. We felt taken care of by staff, especially Adonis, Spencer, and Sam. I was recommending this hotel to family and friends before it was even time for me t to leave. In famous parting words, "I'll be back".

Liked : As a family of 4 with a 10 & 12 year old, this hotel gave us the space we required. Our room was split into two with the shower room and sink dividing the area, a bedroom area and a sitting area. The kids slept on the double sofa bed, we had a Queen sized bed. Both beds were comfortable and both areas had their own TV. The hotel is next to the memorial gardens. Our room was on the corner on the 16th floor. The view was a amazing as it looked straight onto the memorial gardens and the One World Trade Center. To the side is Greenwich Street and an area waiting for development, the 5th building on the site of the former Deutsche Bank building, which was badly damaged during 9/11. Extra touches - our room had a coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Windows & French door that opened - great for fresh air & photos. There was a water bottle re-filling point available in the corridor. Tea, coffee & water were available 24 hrs in the lobby. Bar (that allows kids) on 20th floor with verandah looking onto the memorial gardens & One World Trade Center. Staff friendly & helpful. Not liked: The sofa bed was not made up on our arrival. We had to move a desk to do this and ask for bedding. In cold weather, I would ask for extra blankets as we were only given one on the first night & the kids were cold. A shortage of pillows throughout our stay - we were only given one for the sofa bed, so we took a pillow from our bed. Decor & furniture getting tired, refurbishment required.

My family and I only stayed one night. The shower and bathroom sink were unfortunately not cleaned properly. I am not picky, but this was very noticeable and a must mention :(

We asked for connecting rooms, but got separate room floors apart. Not quite happy with our kids sleeping on another floor so far from us, but they are teenagers so it was ok. We also asked for an extrabed for our youngest sleeping in our room. Turns out the chair in our room was an extrabed, but we had to ask for sheets and pillow case. Other than this, we had a nice stay and felt safe. It was clean and the wifi was good.
