World Center Hotel

Like the services and attentions,,, Don't like the less food and liquids for kids..

Area is wonderful Room was okay Tv wouldn’t stay paired to Netflix which is important for me when you have children that wanna watch movies at night. Also I didnt receive the room I paid and booked in advance. So my family of 4 had to all squish in a small bed. It’s important to me that I receive the exact room I booked . Guess since it was a holiday they gave my room away after increasing the price. That’s not okay. Wont be back!

Property was good especially the location. Valet was too pricey and there was no option of self parking.Staff was good except for the lady in the breakfast buffet named Grace from the Philippines, I am Filipino myself but I’m ashamed of how her attitude was to the guest. Me and my family felt that she was mean on both days we were there.

A perfect place to stay in Manhattan Midtown East. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we are grateful.

I stayed at the World Center Hotel for 6 days with my family, we were very happy with our room it had everything we need, bed was very comfortable and everything looks new, we had a suite that includes a small kitchenette. Staff was always nice and helpful, On a rainy day they even gave us umbrellas. I would definitely stay again at the WCH. Location is good is close to several subway stations. The view is amazing.

The hotel seems run down. The shower curtain in the restroom was torn. The shower head itself was horrible. The wallpaper was peeling. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. When we walked into our room, I could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed because there were fake nails that had been worn all around the room. The only thing that made this bearable was the friendly staff and the views from our room (1505). I would not recommended this hotel or any of my family or friends.

I spent the last two days of our trip at this hotel. Upon checking in I was greeted by an absolutely lovely woman named Marsha-Ann. She was very welcoming and had set my family up in a room that would not only accommodate our family of four but also gave us an amazing view of the WTC grounds. Marsha-Ann was very helpful and was always available to assist with any concerns of questions. She gave suggestions on places that we could dine comfortably with our kids and tips on how to get around. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Overall all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with very accommodating, patient and kind. Hotel was very clean, only downfall I would say is the lack of security cameras and the rooms are lacking a safe. However it was very quiet, well kept and I felt safe overall with our young children. The hotel is located conveniently close to be able to walk or catch the subway, and parking was pretty cheap with their discount, the views are beautiful and rooms are generously sized considering its New York. Hotel offers complimentary warm beverages, and has filtered water dispenser on each floor where they provide u with water bottles to fill up with, which is a huge plus! I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is worth the price 👌. The quality of service and accomodation is great. I have the room facing the 911 memorial and it was really a nice view. The bed is comfortable and the room is very clean. They hotel even provide refillable water botle and coffee as well as tea at the lobby. I wouldnt mind recommending this to my friends and family.

We had to wait 30 minutes after the check in (15:00) to get the room. The answer from team club quarters that the check in at 15:00 isn’t guaranteed. In their website and their policy indicates 15:00 check in, it doesn’t indicate that hours may vary. Front desk didn’t even apologize for the delay. The room had dirty soap in the bathroom, socks from old guests under the bed. I was traveling with my toddler and we stayed in the 6 floor and the lock for window door wasn’t working at all. So I had to put the chair in front door of it so I can take a shower without worry. Marlene (I believe was her name) in the front desk isn’t welcoming and her body language is even disrespectful. I wouldn’t stay here again. Good location but there are more better hotels around.
