Stayed in a two double room with my family and we loved the hotel for location, great service and cleanliness. The hotel has quirky touches and great front desk staff who are so eager to enhance your stay. Breakfast which apparently is run separately was a bit trying as the service was extremely slow and we would often wait 30-40 mins for our food. Overall great stay

The hotel was perfect. Nicely appointed, clean, sizable rooms with a restaurant attached. Breakfast each day was very good, but a bit pricey for the smaĺl portions received. Location was perfect for our walks thru Manhattan. Uber very quickly accessible for the theater and events in Brooklyn including the high line. Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Most definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are cozy & comfortable and layout was just right for a couple like us with no kids. All the staff were considerate and accommodating. There is valet parking and uber stops right in front of the hotel. Gild also has a restaurant with in room dining option, a bar and coffee refreshments in the lobby. Will definitely include in our list of fave hotels in NY

The hotel has a wonderful ambience and style. The room is extremely clean and very nicely decorated that gives you a unique feeling not that you’re in an ordinary hotel. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and prompt. What set the hotel apart for us though, was the outstanding hotel staff, they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will most certainly return for another stay.

Love this hotel. Small with a unique vibe and decor. The staff is EXCELLENT. They remember you from previous visits and treat every customer like family. The hotel is walkable to Southstreet Seaport, Little Italy/Chinatown, the 9/11 Memorial is a few blocks. A subway is a block away. Easy to get Ubers. Pet friendly too.

The staff (especially Rob) make you feel like family. You are greeted warmly when you come in or leave. I love the small feel of this hotel in a big city. Cool decor and VERY comfy beds. In the heart of FiDi and close to the Seaport and Oculus. You can walk to Little Italy and China Town. The food and service at Felice is very good. It's become my go to hotel in NYC!!!
