Aloft is great, the rooms are just older. Was fine for a quick family trip to 911.

I had a family emergency that caused me to have to cancel my trip. I found out at 4:45pm my father was having emergency surgery and logged on at 5pm to cancel my stay. Cancellation cut off was 3:00pm. The employees although sympathetic were unable to give me any refund or credit.

Aloft has a great hang out area on the patio. The bar was closed but the lounge area had a pool table and games and music. It rained, but we had a blast with our kids there. The staff were great. Only negative: heat was broken in 2 of our 4 rooms so we had no heat. We changed rooms in the middle of the night. The second one wasn’t much warmer.
