Amazing stay in this hotel. Only negative point is that our teenagers kids cannot go on the rooftop after 6pm to see the view.

Visited NYC with my family (two kids in tow) and we had a blast. The location was excellent as it was close to amenities to pick up essentials and transportation. All the staff from check-in, housekeeping and luggage storage were friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but still clean and they took care of housekeeping daily. The only issue that I noticed were people had to wait a while for the elevator, but we didn't run into that issue as we were lucky to get a higher room assigned. I would definitely rebook this hotel the next time I come to NYC.

It was ok. I realise New York has tiny rooms but for a family of 4, it was pretty difficult with luggage added. We have found better room size and value elsewhere in NY previously.

If you are the slightest bit bougie, this is not the place for you. If you are wanting to hit all the touristy spots, id look for something different. The staff was kind at the front desk. The rooms were blah. A place to lay your head i guess. This by no means is a nice Hilton. Its more like a old holiday inn. Pricey for what it actually is. I wouldn’t stay here again. Oh & the cute rooftop bar/resturant only allows kids from 4-6. That’s stupid. It isnt some trendy club hotel that needs to do that.

Good location, friendly staff. Best part was having a Laundromat just in front of the hotel. As a family travel it helps.

The only thing I did not like about this property is that there is no common space to “hang out”. The rooftop deck does not allow kids after 6pm so we were forced to stay in our room or go out when all we wanted to do was hang out at our hotel after a long day in the city. The main reason why we stayed there was because of the rooftop area. Would not recommend for families

I have a child attending FIT, a college two blocks away. I have stayed here about 6 times in the last two years. This hotel has consistently been great. It’s clean and quiet. The staff in helpful and accommodating

The queen size beds had mediocre matresses. We expected high qualitt. The furniture in the room was practical but had several damages. Overall it was okay we enjoyed our stay. But it dit not meet out expectations of a Hilton hotel. As a familiy with two kids age under 18 we were not allowed in the rooftop bar, one of the reasons we chose for this hotel.
