nice place to walk to 5th AVE, room space is large, good for a big family.

One of the most if not THE MOST disgusting hotels we stayed at, and we always search for top rated. Mind you, we’re paying nearly $1,000/night for our room. The customer service was, well there was none. The front desk gentleman had absolutely no welcome language, in fact he seemed miserable and not wanting to be there. Forget that, there was no valet or parking so our family with kids were expected to go park who knows where and walk back to this place. Located in the ghetto in the outskirts of 5th ave and broadway. Streets full of the most most disgusting things you’ll ever see with the homeless and drug addicts on every turn. After parking our vehicle and walking back, got to our room and woke up with what I’m pretty sure are bed bugs as my feet were itching with red spots. I don’t know how or where they got their good reviews from, but please read the negative ones and believe them. All good ones may be fake. Lastly, the entire entrance and lobby is filled with art and other displays that are not suitable for children. It’s a shame what this world is coming to. Overheard another couple by the elevator talking how appalled they were as well. Beware - I stayed at over 1,000 places and have never left a negative review, but I just couldn’t prevent someone else getting trapped here. Not recommended. I won’t even go into the poor level of remodel on the inside, with cracked ceiling, walls and tile work that looks like it was done by the cheapest laborers one can find.

My family and I loved this hotel! So many nice amenities. Beautiful outdoor and indoor sitting areas. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very good stay at Innside Nomad New York. We had the dinner at the hotel restaurant The Wilson, we really enjoy it. It's cosy and the food is very good. I recommand this place for family and couples. Thank you all

The property worked for the purpose that we needed, but would not choose it again. The room was advertised as a “family loft” but was really just two adjoining rooms. One flat sheet was on the mattress and then a duvet cover. When we called, they told us that was standard. All of the toiletries (shampoo, hand soap, lotion) were extremely watered down and almost unusable. There was no information provided about the facility or the local surrounding. The shower was almost impossible to turn on without soaking yourself. It was confusing on how to operate. There was little to no lighting in the room. The bathroom had a glass wall that provided no privacy.

It took the front desk 2 hours to have a room ready for my family. Once we checked in the sheets were dirty with stains and they put us in a handicapped room. After my husband complaiend, they stated they were fully booked so then my husband advised we would move hotels , they then switched us to a room with a normal bathroom however overlooking inside someone’s apartment. They offered us a free breakfast which takes about 2 hours to be served and the servers get your order wrong every time. We asked for a late checked out and they granted 1.5 as a late checkout since they took 2 hours to have a room ready. However now I am being asked to pay for an extra night. DO NOT STAY. ITS A SCAM.

We really wanted to enjoy it but we didn’t honestly. We kept having to go to the front desk at the end of everyday to get new key cards because our key cards kept getting deactivated. EVERYDAY housekeeping either attempted or succeeded to barge in on my family and I every 10-15 mins. I understand there may have been a language barrier but I even told staff in Spanish multiple times as loud as I could without disturbing the other guests that we were in the room. But, regardless of a possible language barrier if they hear someone in the room, you don’t barge in. Luckily, most of those times we had the top lock flipped and/or we were clothed. But, 2 of those times we were not clothed and they unlocked the door and saw us. It’s not like they did much when they were trying to barge into our rooms anyways because all they do is pick up used towels and make the beds they don’t change sheets or anything so we don’t understand why they were so eager to barge in. At one point we went across the street to get coffee and left a sign stating do not disturb on our door on purpose because we had our items out and we prefer to secure items before housekeeping comes in for our own security purposes they disregarded the sign and still came in. All we can say is Complimentary breakfast was decent. Front desk staff was nice but other than that… we hope that future guests get to see some improvements on the stated issues.
