Shangri-La Dubai

Our recent stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai was spectacular, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. This marked our second visit since the pandemic, and once again, the Shangri-La surpassed our expectations in every aspect. Staying on the Horizon floor in a one-bedroom suite, our room offered an unparalleled panorama of the iconic Burj Khalifa. The view from the bathtub during the light show is stunning. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive, creating a luxurious and comfortable retreat for my elderly mother and me. What genuinely set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Horizon staff team. I want to thank Keith, Nur, Janeth, Satura, Rajir, Kopila and Dinesh for their unwavering kindness and assistance throughout our stay. Their genuine care and attention to our needs made us feel like guests and cherished members of the Shangri-La family. The breakfast options at the Horizon Lounge were diverse. We could enjoy a cooked breakfast and choose from various fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurts, and cakes. The afternoon tea and Happy Hour at the Horizon Lounge were equally delightful, providing the perfect setting to unwind and indulge in savoury and sweet treats. The Shangri-La's commitment to excellence truly shone through during our stay. To the entire team at Shangri-La Dubai, thank you for creating an unforgettable experience – we can't wait to return!

Am a shangrila gold member and mostly for travel, first time with family but the experience is been nothing short of first class. I’ve stayed at H Dubai before which is relatively over priced and the service is sub par. Highly recommend for either business or pleasure!!

Staff- the people working at this location will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable! Location- very close to the mall and attractions but a taxi is necessary. Walking along the street has coffee shops and stores to buy an last minute travel needs. Lounge- highly recommend lounge access as breakfast options are phenomenal with great views! Will definitely be back soon and recommend to family and friends!

We stayed here with our two toddlers and let me just say how family-friendly this hotel is! My children were greeted with a special gift and always taken care of. We will absolutely be staying here anytime we are in Dubai!

Five stars hotel definitely. Hotel is super clean love the fact is 3 restaurants inside the hotel, employees are amazing especially mr KHODARAHM he is one of the best. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family

I spent four night at the Shangri-La Dubai with my husband and baby for our two year wedding anniversary. We had a Deluxe room which was absolutely stunning. The view from our room was incredible and the room was very spacious. We also had access to the Horizon Club Lounge at the hotel, which was such a special treat. The complimentary Afternoon Tea at the Lounge everyday was my favourite part of the day. The fresh scones and sandwiches were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend upgrading for the Horizon Club Lounge access. The staff at the hotel were also amazing, the level of customer service was very high. The two gentlemen who hailed taxis for us everyday and also the gentlemen in the lift area were all very kind. The staff at the Horizon Club Lounge were also amazing, always extremely welcoming and kind. They really went above and beyond to make us feel looked after. Overall we had an incredible experience at this beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back next year.

Me and my family stayed at Shangri La for 6 nights and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, the room was spacious with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, I had did the facial at the spa from Eman who was amazing, customer service, food and everything else was perfect. 5 stars, thank you Shangri La team
