Dusit Thani Dubai

For our first time visit, our family was impressed with the outstanding service in terms of hospitality with genuine smiles at each location (front desk, lobby, luggage, door , dining areas, and house keeping). Thank you so much for the TOP NOTCH service! We will be back!

The hotel was great, the staff were amazing and made you feel welcome. The pool staff were great and good with kids, breakfast was good and the view of the burj khalifa from our 2 bedroom apartment was good on the last night we realised we could actually see the burj al Arab right in the distance so that was a good view of both burjs. 5* hotel :)

I have been to Dubai 4 times now and decided to stay at Dusit thani Dubai this time. I highly recommend this place and if I visit Dubai again, I will return to this hotel. It’s in a convenient location, right next to Dubai mall, also it’s in the centre of most of the attractions. There is a 24 hour supermarket round the corner, which came in handy for late night snacks. Had breakfast here everyday, there is a large variety to choose from and caters to all with different cuisines and dietary restrictions. The one thing I’m going to miss are the beds. They are huge, and can fit 2 adults and a child comfortably with ample space left over. The staff are amazing here, have an incredible memory and remember each guest staying. There is an on-site hairdresser and barbers, which the kids and I treated ourselves to. They are very accommodating and make you feel at ease. The pool is on the rooftop and is a nice size. Kids spent nearly 2 hours there everyday. Next door is the gym.

Excellent hotel, excellent location with a view of Burj Khalifa, but I am very disappointed with them, I was a guest at this hotel and I checked out on the day of the storm that was in Dubai and I went to the airport. The airline canceled our flight and closed the airport and we had a nightmare and I was with children. I returned to the hotel to extend for one more night because we were very tired and the children were crying. So they took advantage of the situation and demanded $1700 per night from me, compared to $270 per night before.

Really enjoyed our stay at Dusit Thani. The staff was excellent, very accommodating with our early arrival, even allowed us to switch our complimentary breakfast to our first day so we could dine as soon as we arrived. The facilities are great, the kids loved the rooftop pool. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. It's a bit of a walk to surrounding restaurants or facilities, so expect to use taxis. Although DT does have their own bus going to Dubai Mall, Kite Beach and others which we took advantage of. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great for downtown related activities. Easy commutes to other locations - not so much with walking but metro is close and there is a limited shuttle. The service was amazing - door person, luggage, check in, pool was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Although facility including pool was amazing the rooms (apt room in my case) clearly showed its age and wear and tear. I suspect this is why the price was so reasonable. Overall if you are driving/have a family I would highly recommend as long as you realize that the price reflects the condition of the rooms- you will not be disappointed!

My stay here was nothing short of amazing! The manager on duty is the epitome of excellent customer service. He made me feel welcomed and extended his services to ensure my stay was nothing short of comfortable and relaxing. The view from my apartment was amazing and jaw dropping for the price. It exceeded my expectations by far. I would highly recommend staying here for a business trip, over night stay, or to use as a vacation spot for friends and family. The restaurant in the lobby was really good as well. I have nothing but praises for this hotel and i look forward to returning during my next visit to Dubai.....

The Gusani family recently visited Dusit Thani Dubai for the third time and had a mixed experience. As always the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, particularly the restaurant staff and Concierge however we felt that the hotel facilities were in need of updating. We found the rooms to be somewhat outdated and not up to par with other hotels in the same price range. Additionally, the swimming pool and gym facilities need updating but they were always well-maintained by friendly Splash team. However, we did enjoy the restaurant options particularly the breakfast and appreciated the excellent hospitality provided by the staff! Unfortunately due to Sheikh Zayed Rd being the main highway we encountered noise levels during the stay including the metro noise too. While this may be out of the hotel's control, it did negatively impact our sleep quality, therefore the rooms could do with better soundproofing. Overall, we as a family had a satisfactory and enjoyable experience at Dusit Thani Dubai and will be visiting in the not too distant future hopefully! While the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel's facilities could benefit from some updating. However, the hotel's convenient location and variety of restaurant options make it a decent choice for travelers visiting Dubai.

Very nice and clean. Spectacular lobby. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with views of the Burj Khalifa. The family loved it ! The bathroom are modern and very clean, with all the amenities. The location is very central, just 15 min from the airport, just minutes drive from the Dubai Mall, and about 20 min from Mall of Emirates. Taxis available at any time of the day. They also have a shuttle that takes you some of the locations for no cost. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.
