Rove City Walk

We booked connected rooms for me and my family, the room was fairly clean only some comments on the dirtiness of the concerns in the bedroom and the bathroom. The main issue are two points, 1-Check in process took too long which forced me to go out and come back later after they finish their process, while the hotel is not busy and our check in was late at night. 2-The AC always off and someone always has to be in the room in order for AC to be on, with the extremely hot weather nowadays in Dubai, this was a big concern for me and after raising this issue to the reception they confirm it is common thin and they cant do anything about it.

Rove is always a place to stay for family or business, this is my second time here, overall it’s a good stay except for one point, they follow green concepts so the AC never goes below 21C degrees Nevertheless the have all the needed facilities to have a good stay, grocery shop, laundry service and self service, amazing lobby and shaded parking.

The hotel is near everything, specially the Dubai Mall!! Hotel was clean and had shuttle bus to a couple places not the airport… our room with a king bed was really small for us “2 adults and 4 years old kid”. The VIP Access from Expedia really doesn’t make any difference in any hotels around the world!!….

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. Good hotel for family visit.

My family and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at Rove City Walk. It was excellent. Not because the people were perfect, but because they executed perfectly. At check in we were met with a warm welcome of great smiles and good conversations. Everyone was engaging and greeted you as they passed by. What I was not impressed about was the size of the rooms. They are smaller than I'm used to getting on my vacations. However, the atmosphere and the people made me soon forget about the room size. The front desk staff, the room attendants, dining room staff, Usha from the concierge desk and everyone else contributed to our amazing stay. There was an error around breakfast one morning. The team apologized profusely, and without us asking for anything, management made it right. This is one of the best hotels, I've visited in a long time. Excellent service. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Our family stayed at Rove City Walk for 4 nights. We were able to checkin in the early hours of the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were serviced daily. Filtered water was provided daily and topped up when requested. The location of the hotel was very close to Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to and from Dubai mall and Kite Beach. This was very convenient.
