Our family 3 days 2 nights stay was an awesome experience. The best staycation we had in Singapore. From the check in onwards everything was great. Looking forward to our next stay back here.

Too many screaming children everywhere. Not comfortable or relaxing at all. At all hours at all times. Feels like I am in a kindergarten rather than a Shangrila.

The Shangri-La is great for families with young children. The indoor play area is maybe a little expensive, but the swimming pool and outdoor children's play areas are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food amenities are excellent. The breakfast offers a wonderful variety of options. This is my first choice hotel in Singapore.

Holiday with 2 kids - great room, amazing food at the hotel especially the buffet, walking distance to major retail and other restaurants and easy transport to kids attractions. Staff were amazing and always willing to help. Will definitely come back.

This hotel is super kid-friendly. There were gifts for kids and things were prepared based on kids' age. There is a kids indoor playroom which was fantastic. Our room was very clean and dry even though the weather was humid. Our kids had a blast staying at this hotel.

Dear Shangrila Hotel, It was a pleasure to stay with you one night. We enjoyed the kids club, the jacuzzi, and the swimming pool outside and the buffet. We recommend that the sushi was a bit over cooked and one time the key to the elevator didn't work and there was no Netflix or disney plus on the TV and the jacuzzi wasn't very hot and didn't have bubbles but everything else was amazing especially the room service was excellent.

The hotel is a little old with some of the details having aged. But overall very family friendly and is located in a quiet neighborhood, but yet walking distance to Orchard Road, like an oasis.
