Mercure Singapore On Stevens

We stayed there for 8 nights on a family holiday. The staff was not experienced and customer focussed, except for the manager. We could not sleep the first few nights as there was a very large tour group on our floor. People were walking around the corridor in the middle of the night and shouting m. We were even woken up by a service staff twice one night who wanted to check our room lights!!! We complained to reception but nobody cared until we complained to the manager about the noisy guests on our floor. We were then moved to another floor which was more quiet. Every other day we had to request for towels or water which were not refilled during room cleaning. Overall the hotel was not worth the money and we will never stay there again. It certainly didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel and I am sure the large tour group from India were charged much less money then we were.
