Very unique and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend to family and friends who will visit SG. Will stay there again on our next visit.

The hot water did not work in my sink or shower. Engineering came to fix it "they said", but it still did not work in my sink and in the shower I had to use the hand held handle. The hot water did not come out from the ceiling rain shower. Also, a bit noisy with kids running in the hallway up and down.

The room is very small for family with kid, even we only have 1 kid. its more suitable for couple/single traveller. The bed was super comfortable, convenient to walk to shopping centre, MRT. Staff service was good. Self check in and out which was much easier for guest.

We had to cancel our booking because we had a death in the family and had to back right away. Since the hotel has no cancellation policy, we didn’t get any credit back at all. My advice is never book a hotel with no cancellation policy or buy insurance which cost more. Nobody’s fault but they should have at least have some consideration.

Booked a room for 3. Room is very well designed with all amenities. Very clean. The room service takes a lot longer than other places (may be the hotel was full) but the staff is very friendly. Amazing location. Nice view from the room. Recommend for a tourist trip with family.

Staff were very receptive and helpful. So responsive, they helped before I needed to ask. Truly great experience. Room was smaller than expected, but the space was used to well. I have no complaints and I enjoyed the view from the bathroom...and the bunk bed was nostalgic to childhood memories.

My family was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and accomodations. It was exactly what we needed. The hotel had a young and vibrant. The hotel itself looked and smelled clean. The elevator made riding in it a good experience. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a place to hang your clothes but there was no cabinet, we did not need it so it was good for us. Hotel was located near everything we needed: public transportation, shopping, events and importantly good choice of food. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and pleasantly surprised with the room size. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends. I know want to explore over Yotels. Only minor issue was how slow the elevators were at times (this is the building I’d say, and not YOTEL who occupy it).

All great, but the room is a shoebox. We were there as a family of three, and our son slept in a bunk bed above ours. Unfortunately, the ladder had very skinny rungs making it painful (and possibly dangerous) to climb up or down. Also, the bunkbed mattress was worn out and gave no support. The room is so small that the bed is a chair for a foldable plank called a desk, two people can’t pass each other without one going on the bed. This is not for the claustrophobics! On the bright side, location is fantastic and close to everything. Stay here only if location is paramount to you.

Came here thrice (solo, family and with my boyfriend recently) For someone who has never been to singapore before (he is from Philippines), he really loved his stay here with me!
