Excellent stay at the four seasons. After reading the reviews, I decided to book this hotel for my family and I am so glad I did. The service, staff and facilities are wonderful. From checking in, to dining, to breakfast, sunbathing, swimming and tennis, we have not been disappointed. The location is great too, walkable to orchard shopping and to the trains. I would definitely recommend the hotel and we will stay here again. I wished every hotel would take a lead out of the four seasons Singapore.

Great place for a family to stay. Fantastic staff, great facilities, clean and modern. Central location. We will definitely be back.

In terms of facilities, family pool could habe opened earlier and more family-focussed restaurant opened later, but central location, good room and extremely friendly staff

The staff and the food are excellent. So we decided to stay for the rest of the trip. However, the room is not as spacious as the photos shown, maybe the layout. There is a smell that my kids could not take it well. Also, from the window, we could see some roof and the tennis courts, and some wall of the hotel. They clearly need more maintenance service on the exterior areas, especially when comparing to the neighbor's tennis courts, and roofs.

Quiet. No screaming children in the lobby and the gym and the pool,

This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The service was absolutely fantastic from check in to check out. We stayed 8 nights with our children aged 11 and 14 years. The rooms were spacious and beautifully clean with house keeping twice a day. The restaurants & bar all great, our 2 boys loved the wonderful breakfast buffet (as did we) the pools were lovely and pool staff were super helpful and friendly and the gym was fabulous too. In fact everything about our stay here was just wonderful. We have stayed in many nice hotels around the world and this one definitely did not disappoint. We would not hesitate to stay at the Four Seasons again after this wonderful experience. Big thanks to all the lovely staff who helped make our stay in Singapore such a memorable one.

It beat our expectations by a mile and made the birthday memorable in every way! We were given a very early check in as our flight came in quite early making the start stress free. The room itself was spectacular, on a high floor and with grand views of Singapore. And the service - a class apart - from the attention given to our 2yr olds needs to every whim of the adults. Highly recommended for everyone but especially for families with young kids. Thank you to the team for the perfect 3 day trip that felt more like 4 due to the early check in and late check out!!

Good but beware of the expensive overrated breakfast (greater than S56/person & child with hot food being cold.
