Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dusit Thani Hotel with my family during our holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service truly made our trip memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcomed. A special mention goes to Mr. Nanda, whose assistance and outstanding service were pivotal in enhancing our stay. He was always available to ensure that our needs were met, whether it was providing local tips or accommodating special requests. His genuine care for guests made a significant impact on our experience. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, featuring spacious and elegant rooms that were perfect for our family. We appreciated the stunning views and the various amenities available, including the wonderful pools and dining options. Overall, our family holiday at Dusit Thani Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. Thanks to Mr. Nanda and the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Love the pool, which was great for the little ones to play in the shallow area. Great view of the Golf course and also seeing all the different types of planes close up.

The surroundinf area is more like a construction zone. Breakfast and amenities were nice but staff at rhe breakfast service were not very friendly. No assistance to find sitting dueinf busy morning for families.

For Changi airport transit passengers, golfers or families with young children looking for a weekend by the pool this is a solid option. Not otherwise though.

The staff is extremely professional and ready to help. The place is extremely clean, beautiful and feels like home. It’s the first I didn’t want to get out of a hotel shower. Great breakfast, and extremely near to hotel. My family and so loved every minute of it!

We are return guests , this is our second stay. This time Chester at the front desk check us in. He is very accommodating and friendly. We feel so welcome and we will definitely be back again. I would also like to compliment on Kumar , server who duty at the buffet Breakfast , on that day is quite packed and hard to get a seat, i carrying my baby , he immediately get me a seat and ask my preference for coffee. Kudos to the staff in the hotel

Spent our CNY staycation at this hotel. 3 members with spouse and one child. Swimming pool is awesome. Breakfast not too bad, quite a variety of food. Only set back is that you need to either take their bus or public transportation to Changi City Point for more dinner options.

First thing to note that this is a very out of the way hotel, close to the airport but no local shops or amenities so you have to get a taxi or make use of the very convenient shuttle bus that operates frequently throughout the day. On reaching the hotel after a long flight, we were early but allowed to access our room which was welcome. All staff were lovely but the Reception Staff, in my opinion, let the hotel down. There was no personal service whilst checking in or out and on check in, I was very upset to be questioned why I was staying with them and not a hotel closer to the City (as we were visiting the Formula 1 - about 15 minutes car journey away). I couldn't understand why we were not welcome there and this sadly started my stay off negatively. Also, on checking out, we were not asked if we had a lovely stay, or if there was anything else that could have been done - all the usual politeness and pleasantries that every other hotel in the World seem to say as standard. Every other member of staff was amazing, from the cleaners to the concierges - all recognised us and welcomed us. They are a credit to your establishment. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. We'd booked a ground floor with courtyard which was a good choice as it led directly to the large and very clean pool. Lovely grounds and relaxing (apart from the jack hammers remodelling the kids pool). Overall a wonderful stay but would choose a different location and hotel when we return.
