YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport Landside (SG Clean)

Really excellent service at check-in and the capsule was as expected-compact but well appointed. Only negative was noisy kids in the hallway.

We started there for five days! On my 3rd day, I hang a room service/ housekeeping! I was gone for over 8 hours that day and when I came back, I saw 2 gentlemen laughing at the hallway looking bust at their cell phones. I greeted them, “good evening” none reply! As I open my door to go into my room, NONE has made! Trash can is still heeling full, linens haven’t been made. I went to the front desk, requested to speak with the Lead manager, he informed me he will tell the housekeeping to do it, he apologized and it will k it take about 15 minutes! Well, it took almost an hour for them to just basically do my bed, pick up and won’t my trash. Also, I wanted to add that on my 3rd day too, I asked for a laundry service, well not to my surprise, again, the Lead manager informed me that the laundry is located in another family and that to collect my laundry will take 24 hours and for them to deliver it back to me will take another 24 hours! He wasn’t very accommodating at all nor does he inforce company policy nor follow what’s written in the amenities upon biking in. I didn’t enjoy glancing to a mold just above my head as I sleep! So NOPE, I WILL Not RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Go elsewhere where they value your business, time and money!

This hotel is right in the shopping mall and close to the waterfall of the Jewel. It is an easy walk from terminals 1 and a short sky train from 2 and 3. Terminal 3 has a bus right outside that you take, and you are there in about 10-15 minutes. This hotel is basic, and the rooms are tiny. You can only fit 2 people in each, and we fitted luggage however, they do recommend you store it. We were caught by the 6 pm check-in and early check-out of 9 am. We were able to pay extra on both sides to get in early and leave later. We traveled as a family and the beds were comfortable and really only slept in the room and had some downtime.

We stayed overnight before catching our plane home, there were 4 adults sharing a family room, which was comfortable and spacious. Excellent location by the lifts and the incredible Jewel waterfall area. Would definitely stay again.
