My passport expires in under 6 months and the Ambassador Transit Hotel is inside the secure area. It was also clean and comfortable. The checkin went smoothly, except I asked about some flight information that I new they had access to and another staff member came over and directed me to the transfer desk where I had to wait for over 10 minutes. For the most part it was very quiet. Then, at about 2300 a crying baby broke the silence for about 30 minutes. This was not my first stay and I am sure it won't be my last.

very easy booking through expedia. When I make reservation, there's no family room available. After we check in, I told them we just pay extra $30 , then we had 3 single bed in our room. That's a relax night in transit back to US. Even though we only have 6 hours stay.

+ Perfect for a lengthy transit through Singapore with two young kids. + Rooms are always clean, quiet and beds super comfortable + No windows / blackout rooms mean you get a great sleep too - Complimentary meals aren't great but the Airport has numerous options for food - Rooms are expensive for the time you actually get in them and you are sometimes charged extra per person We've stayed here a few times now and it has been great for our family. We will definitely use again!
